A huge shoutout to Bobby, who was not only helpful and knowledgeable but also
genuinely kind and friendly. Even though I'm from New York, I didn’t mind the 9-hour
round trip at all—it was absolutely worth it for the quality of service and the fantastic
vehicle I got.
I found an absolute gem of a car—a Tesla Model X with very low mileage—and traded
in my Model Y. Bobby made the entire process seamless. The credit application was
quick and easy, and he explained everything to me clearly and patiently.
What impressed me most was their honesty and transparency. These guys tell you
everything upfront, no games or surprises—just solid, trustworthy service.

They were diligent in trying to get me matched with a lender and I appreciated that.
Horrible shady people . Customer service is terrible doc fees highest in mass 997.00 never ask if you want warranty just add it in for 3k don’t want you to test drive . Made a second appointment with my son as he was looking for hood latch airbag was sticking out it clearly had been deployed and shoved in . They acted dumb and said we will get to mechanic next day . They called me back stating that nothing was wrong it was the way it was suppose to be . Thankfully I didn’t buy from them!! Stay away

I've purchased approximately 10 vehicles in the last 12 years and never has the dealership used Fair condition for KBB trade-in. The car is in at a minimum "Very good" condition. I offered to bring vehicle by to look at it, was told "we always use fair condition to value vehicles" accident was reported on carfax, reached out to previous dealer to get info on it, and it was a superficial crash, relayed that info. The response was sorry we don't know if that was what happened. If this dealer has any vehicles with "prior accident" make sure you're paying the lowest end of "fair condition" price.

These guys were great to deal with. Malad and Bobby were both very professional and personable without being salesman-like, which was refreshing. Probably my fastest car buying experience ever. And super easy to deal with on the trade-in side. Absolutely loved the ability to e-sign docs and wire money remotely instead of having to do it all right there on the spot.

I was interested in the 2014 Nissan Altima but the information I read on line was not what I see in the car like back ip camera and then there was a 2015 sticker on instead of a 2014 the sales person ack as if nothing is wrong with that and when we talk he gave me attitude that was car I wanted my favorite car

Honestly, this dealer went to great lengths to get us this vehicle, from delivering a test drive and swap for our trade in we’ll outside their area and delivering a contactless experience (to avoid carting our children into the city) while simplifying the purchase process. They even delivered the vehicle during a snowstorm! They were fair with our deal and clear about everything. I repeatedly thanked them for their great service throughout the process. I can’t say enough. The vehicle was delivered in great condition and the process was made quick. Great job. We love the new vehicle!

Worked with Bobby S. Very responsive via e-mail, answered all my questions
truthfully and quickly. Did not try to upsell me on anything. Arrived to a S-class
exactly as described in the ad. Very clean car, no cosmetic defects at all. Options in
the car exactly as described on window sticker on the ad. Was out front and ready
for test drive. Lady at front desk was very friendly, and the rest of staff said hello to
me. Though most people might drop stars for not being able to drive their car off
the lot, I understand being an out-of-state buyer and having a trade-in not in my
name, so it would not be fair to drop stars on that alone. Totally recommend BFM if
anyone is interesting in high-end/luxury used cars.

It was a much better experience than I expected. I’m used to being lied to or feeling of sleaziness after I talk to the car salesmen, here I was pleasantly surprised. They responded to my inquiry next day and were pretty honest and upfront about a deal. Appointment was scheduled and Bobby was very helpful with the paperwork, options offered not pushy or upselling. The only thing that was kind of souring the experience and most people who bought there complained too in their reviews - I bought a car and left the place with a quarter of the tank of gas may be. Otherwise it was mostly pleasant experience.

Boston Foreign Motor is a relatively small used car dealership that specializes only in high end cars such as range rovers, Mercedes, BMW’s, and Audis. I was able to make an attractive deal for the purchase of a 2018 Audi A5 with only 15,900 miles on it. The car appeared to me to be almost brand new and was in showroom condition when I arrive to see it. The dealership also provided me a reasonably attractive price on my trade-in, despite the fact that the use car market is in tough shape these days. I had a very reasonable, straightforward negotiation/discussion what were the transaction and was able to reach agreement on the purchase and pick up the car within two days. Financing was made readily available. I felt I was able to get an excellent deal on an excellent car and was very happy with the service that I received from the general manager and his first sales/finance assistant.

Very professional guys. No nonsense buying process. I got an amazing deal on the exact car I wanted. The negative reviews on these guys, to me, seems very nit picky. I would simply say that in this day and age there is no reason whatsoever that a buyer shouldn’t be extremely well informed prior to going and looking at a car. It’s one of the biggest investments we make during our lives. All the info you need is on the internet. 99% of it is completely free. I would highly recommend these guys, especially if you’re well informed and know exactly what you want and don’t want to deal with the hassles of a big dealership. Small operation and limited inventory means very low overhead, which in turn gets passed on to you in the form of well below average prices. If the car you want is already priced well below bluebook, you can’t expect to be able to haggle with them. I was in and out in about an hour, and my car will be delivered in a few days.

My daughter was looking for a Ford Mustang & we found one at Boston Foreign Motors. Ali was very helpful & easy to
deal with. The car needed one repair & a couple of minor things (which they took care of). The main repair had to be
done by a Ford dealer - Ali made sure that we received the paperwork from Ford so we could take advantage of that
warranty if needed later on. They even included brand new OEM floor mats when we picked up the car. We got a good
deal on a really nice machine. I will definitely check them out when we need another vehicle. Great job - thank you!!

Bob dealer stated he would not go down which fair...however found same car different color less mileage, less price one thousand less with taxes, warranties, etc... Bought the car. All seemed good, but they told me car came with 2 keys, left with one. When I called them about it they said they would mail the 2nd....but never did.
Also, "service now" light came on day after we bought the car and the battery died 2 days after buying.
They were friendly but did not disclose everything that they should have!

I bought a car from Bobby and I had the worst experience of my life. They are liars, I bought the car a month ago and the car came with multiple problems and I couldn’t enjoy it. I asked for another car and they like to play games. After that experience I wish I went to a different dealer. I sent the car to a Land Rover authorized dealer, and they gave me a list with issues that my car had. The people from Boston Foreign Motor did not even change the oil. Terrible car dealer.

We had the car inspected by the local Landrover dealer when it first came to the dealership, and performed all the work ( mostly maintenance), and actually have paper work to prove. Oil change is the most basic maintenance repair we do to all of our cars. In addition you had car inspected and passed the state inspection at the same landrover dealership. The only problem that caused the multiple trips was a bad antenna for your navigation system, which has been already fixed. I'm still shocke

Price of vehicle online on this site was 29995 and when I got to the dealer they tried telling me it was an error. They tried telling me it was listed at 31995. I did my own investigation on this and emailed Wesley the next day with my friend email address and here was he wrote( Thank you for your interest in our 2013 Mercedes-Benz M-Class with 36,099 miles. This vehicle is available and in great condition at discounted price of $29,995) . Stay way from this dealer very shading and they lie! Again the salesman Henry tried telling me different. Scam artists!

Bought Audi A6 from them, Few Quirky things in the deal. They
Didn't had the title ( they never told me) but I signed the papers
and gave check. Had to wait for 2 weeks to get possession.
Also, for the finance I had to go through them if the bank I was
dealing with is in their finance companies. Floor mats were
missing which you would expect when buy a luxury cars under
warranty. They insisted that car will be registered by them in
through along with " 200 runner fee ", never seen this before.
Car wasn't properly detailed. Price point was good, that was
best part of the deal.

I purchased a 2012 Mercedes Benz
GLK350 4MATIC from Boston Foreign
Motors for $24,000. They have a lot full
of beautiful luxury vehicles. Everyone
there was very helpful and polite. When
it came time to do the paperwork, the
manager walked out front to meet me,
had me sign a binding contract and then
went back into his office to crunch the
numbers. I never got to discuss final
numbers, there was no back and forth,
after all was said and done I went home
with the vehicle I wanted but then
realized that the money he said he give
me for my trade in wasn't really given to
me, but since I am happy with my new
vehicle I brushed it off. I would
recommend this place if you are not
trading in a vehicle, this way they can't
confuse you with the numbers.

But l8r on upon pick up of the
vehicle the sales manager offered
us a 2nd key for it (value $350).
So good but not great. Ask

Wow. They contacted me almost immediately after I sent them an
email. Extremely polite. Not at all pushy. I found an E350 wagon
closer to me the same day but if I hadn't I would have been flying to
Boston to see them. I have bought 2 cars on the Internet now and
both times it has been a good experience.

They were not about the "hard
sell". They were polite and easy
to work with. I went to look at a
BMW and drove an Audi home
that night. I test drove a few cars
and loved the Audi! I recommend
this dealer.

Salesperson 5 stars; management 2 stars. Purchased my car at
this dealer. While I love the car and the salesperson was very nice I
felt management was not on the up & up. They did not disclose that
didn't have all the keys for the car (2 regular keys plus valet) until
days after the sale was completed. Then they claimed the car was
as is. Also, the car was listed on the website in the certified
category with a power train warranty and certified on the promo
plate on the car. Yet after I got them to negotiate on the price and
committed to buy the car, management claimed the car was not
warrantied as that applied only to the internet price (look for very
small print on their website). Given my past purchasing
experiences, a car is warrantied or it is not. The warranty
does not change with the price you negotiate for the car. Again, this
occurred after we had agreed on a purchase price for the car. Not a
good experience in that regard. I had done my homework - I know
the car brand 4th Audi, pricing, it had low mileage 2011 A5, 21080
miles, and some time left on the manufacturer's warranty so I still
bought the car. My salesman later said he'd personally pay for the
second key but I'd have to pay to program it which I gather is a bit
pricey. Car was super clean and is an absolute dream to drive .
Just wish the dealership had been more straight up. Check
everything. Know what you are buying. Assume nothing.

The dealer responded quickly and since they are in town it was easy
to make an appointment and check the car we were interested in.
The salesman was extremely nice and helpful. We ended up not
buying the car there because it did not have all the features we were
looking for. Otherwise, a great experience!

I found this company to be trust worthy after be skeptic about
purchasing anything online. Especially something with the magnitude of
a car but after all my research. I now have the car I wanted sitting
under my garage!! I'm not run how things will be down the "road"' but
now I am happy with the company and service

Dealer responded quickly to my inquiry but unfortunately the Audi I was interested in had already sold. I'm disappointed that the same [Audi] pictures are used over and over on this website hence, I'm not sure what the actual car looks like. I don't live in the Boston area so pictures/video are a muust for me. I've yet to do business with them to be able to rate that service.
