I visited Big Frog Auto and looked at a vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. While I was looking at the vehicle, another customer came in. The sales associate was with them near closing time. I left my name and number with them for him to call me back. He never called me back and sold the car without doing so. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Awesome dealer !
Big Frog were very responsive and supportive in my purchase of their vehicle as I am coming from out of state.
They were very open and honest and helpful in every way I needed. They are great to deal with even if you are
not in the Cleveland, TN area.
I would consider buying from them again in the future as their cars are well represented and well taken care of.
