Where do I even begin? Unprofessional salesman, lack of client mannerism and tonality, no evidence of respect or enthusiasm towards a customer, and ultimately laziness all across the board - stemming from their Manager Gene down to every “salesmen” on the lot - this dealership truly needs to be re-trained on sales skills or replaces by professionals who know how to operate like one.

I was moving from Buenos Aires to Miami. I never have bought a car online. I saw the car i wanted
and Christian Pimenta from Audi North Miami contacted me and was smooth sailing from there, no
pressure on add-ons or any thing. He even went out of the way to send me the papers to Buenos
Aires to sign. Then Vlad Fetisov the Financial manager came to the picture and the same thing,

What they advertise on their price online is a scam to get you to come in. Example they advertised a 2017 Mercedes CLS AMG for $69k. I get there and they bring me the buy sheet and the number on it was a little over $80k. Asked if any of that was negotiable. No!

This was my first experience in a car dealership, and can say that it superseded my expectations. Not only is their facility state of the art, but it’s sales representatives, managers, and business managers were extremely professional and legitimately cared about me. I fell in love with the car at first sight, and Kim and Seymur turned my dream car into my first car. I have always been a Uber user and cyclist, but moving to Miami as part of my job entailed new changes to my transportation philosophy. Audi North Miami was the best fit for me.
The car itself was magnifique upon inspection. The dealer even provided a Carfax report in their quote, which made the sale transparent and what I consider “good business”. I cannot be more happy, and will make business with them again.
If you are extremely interested in an Audi, and want your purchasing experience to feel as smooth and honest as possible, I highly recommend them.

Dealership was great they contacted me right away, and I started to head down for an appt later that day. It
was a long drive for me to get this specific car. I was so happy the salesman called me half way there to tell me
the car was being sold, he didnt want me to waste my time driving the whole way. It was so awesome that he
called, I really appreciated it, he could have just let me come and try to switch me over to something else.
So sad the car was gone, I learned a lesson, I wont wait the few hours I did!

Terrible dealer, did not honor price certificate & they up the price even higher!! I would not do business with them! Talked to sales rep (Felipe Silva), showed him the Military
True Price certificate with everything included the price of the vehicle at that time was $46,623. Mr. Silva came back with a price of $50,257 which way over the True Price
certificate. Dealer did not honor the Military price certificate, and now the car is much less now that I check again on the website for $44,380.

Was trying to buy a 2015 car. After several emails, the salespeople told me the following during our
1st phone call:
1) their 2 types of doc fees added up to $995.
2) that I was not "allowed" to pick up the car in person and drive it back to Atlanta because there
was no "reciprocal agreement" between FL and GA. (complete BS)
3) that it would cost $1,000 to ship the car to Atlanta (about a 100% markup) and that I should find
my own shipping.
When I emailed the salesperson and CCed the GM of the Audi North Miami, to give them a chance
to correct any incorrect info, neither the GM nor the salesperson bothered to reply to my email. (I
guess the best way to stop a sale when the customer asks too many questions or the wrong
questions is to just stop responding, right?)
Funny thing is I had financing and was literally ready to buy a car over the holidays.
Purchase from them at your own risk...especially if you are a woman.

Had an appointment, as I reach there the vehicle was not available according to the dealer. He shows me a 2016 with over 50+ miles for more money. The website has the vehicle at $20,881 the dealer tells me that’s the price for Financing. I told him I have cash. He added an additional $4,000 not including the dealer fees. Allot of mix prices. I will never recommend this dealership. Bogus.

Quickly to my inquiry on the A4. I decided was very int in buying this car based upon the information pack they sent and what I believed to be a very fair price. My sales rep Reiss initiated the online buying process and was very helpful once i got to the dealership the day of my appt . I drove the car and spent maybe an hour signing papers and completing the deal. Before I left Reiss took me through some of the cars more important features and even after I left was very responsive via text with answers to questions I had a lot things that I didn't Immed understand. So five stars and I highly recommend this dealer for any one interested in buying an audi.
P s. The finance manager Was great. He didn't try to push me into a finance scenario as I wanted to pay cash and he didn't pushnme into other services that I wasnt really int in. Low pressure very comfortable environment.

I had a terrible experience with this Audi dealership in North Miami. I had an appointment for 4:00pm with the salesman to purchase the vehicle. I received a call in the morning the same day of my appointment from the sales manager welcoming and thanking me for choosing their dealership for my business. I later texted the salesman at 3:00pm to tell him I would be a little late arriving at 4:30 pm. The salesman called me at 3:45pm to confirm I was on my way. At 4:20pm and only 10 minutes away the salesman called me again and informed me that another salesman had just sold the vehicle!!? Very unprofessional! I have owned and enjoyed five Audi A4’s and one Audi TT from other Audi dealers in Broward and West Palm Beach Audi Dealers and was always treated very professionally. I would not recommend this Audi dealership.

The dealership was great to work with. I needed a value line car. Though the car ended up being a lemon through no fault of their own, I was very pleased with the efforts they put forth to correct the issues. Armando, Leo, and Danny did a great job. It's easy to be good in good situations, but it is even more impressive when there are issues to deal with. I would definitely recommend them, and when my financial situation gets better, I'll see them again for a new vehicle.

I did not contact them about a specific vehicle. Once we obtained one that
we approved, we then negotiated a price. Since auto sales have been
difficult for them, they were more amenable to negotiation. Nevertheless we
were able to come up with a deal without having to visit their showroom. We
have experience with Audi and are familiar with the product. The vehicle is
scheduled to be delivered today.

The car was not ready for review as it was not cleaned and was both smelly and had spillage on the dash. Salesman appeared to be misinformed as to our intent and expectations. A bit of a hard sales pitch feeling. Too bad.
Negotiations went no where as they were only willing to come down less than $1g.

Dear John, I can't believe we attempted to make any bussiness with you.
On 3/10 we came by to see your Red Audi A5 S Line. Before coming in you told us to come by and you would work out a price with us. We drove 45 min to see you. You barely let us test drive the car because you stated that you get car sick. Then after test driving your first words were "The Price is not negotiable." Leaving us confused. We told you from the beginning what we were willing to pay. You said you would work with us. Your definition of working with us is lowering the price by $400 on a $14,000 car.
It's now 3/11. We stop by the insurance company and pay a $200 deposit for full coverage on the vehicle. We arrive at your dealership again to purchase the vehicle and you decide to raise the price on us and not sell it to us because someone else was going to come by and look at it today. What kind of bussiness is this?

I purchased vehicle from out of state. Salesman and manager have been very responsive and helpful in completing purchase remotely. Only gripe is high "fees" that were added on but even with them it was a great deal. Overall happy with the experience.

The experience was great, the place is awesome. The stuff is polite and
show a lot of respect for the client. Julien Mailet assisted me, he is
awesome, very patience and cooperative, he knew everything about the car

Rachel out to confirm options I was looking for, was told the car was
equipped with the options I wanted. I made an appointment and went,
the car did not have the reared options, a few others did, but none were
at the dealership. I had to tell them which cars had the option. They
said they could get the car back, I agreed to come back I next get a call
that the car I had interest in had been smoked in and I should consider
another car. It just didn't feel right. I passed.

I was called by one of the internet specialist and I set up an appointment to test drive the car, I live almost an hour away. I was told to see a specific person who was going to attend to me the following day. I called the dealer the next morning before I went and that individual who was supposed to greet me did not work that day and neither did the specialist who called me. This is bad communication amongst themselves. Imagine what it's like when trying to purchase a car. No thank you. I understand that if I would have gone they would have attended me, but it's the principal. I don't want to do business with a dealer who can't even communicate and set up such a simple task as a test drive.

I asked the salesman about the vehicle and made an offer. Areliz never even bothered to call me back.i wasn't asking for much. I put a review on Google and the owner says " Sorry we couldn't make a deal". Uhmm, you have to call back or communicate to negotiate. Completely unprofessional, the owner blows people off who place negative reviews with generalities and no real answer. This is not service.If you're spending 30-50k and get this service, imagine after sale care. Avoid, avoid, avoid...

The other salesman told me there was no accident reported on the vehicle even though it is clearly listed that there was an accident. These guys are all over the place. Cost them a sale.

This was the best car buying experience ever. Salesman Ivan Alvarez was excellent as we were allowed to view the entire inventory, of one of the largest Audi dealerships in the world, with all questions answered and never the feel of being pushed. Business Manager Jakob Guggenheim was able to get us financing on our new S5 and signed off in less than 15 minutes-got to be a record. Really wonderful people to work with.

Very responsive almost immediately called me back! I was excited to find the vehicle I knew I wanted and just wanted to make the deal sight unseen and it seemed it was going to happen until a few red flags. I was told they would be able to give me the $500 more towards my trade in like I wanted which was great until they then asked me if I'd be prepared to place a non refundable 500 deposit? I hope that would later be countered into the final deal but I'm quite certain it was not once I saw the drawn up paperwork. So then I was told it was not actually certified anymore as advertised online and still is as I'm writing this review today? Moving forward at another dealership they still contacted me to offer to pay for half of the re certification! I shouldn't be paying anything for a vehicle that is advertised as certified... it's in the very beginning of the description on here? I am really disappointed only because I really wanted this vehicle as it was advertised..

In the phone they said that they were willing to negotiate the price; once in the dealership they wouldn't budge from the advertised price. eventually they lowered the price by $400. the car had some serious electrical problems (none of the multimedia buttons was functioning, Windows would open by themselves suddenly radio functioning sporadically...) I pointed out all issues they told i should look at a different car and I see that they still have not mentioned the electrical problems in the car description to this day.

Really unknowledgable people at this place. I
sent a very detailed message with what I wanted
prior to driving 400 miles round trip. Apparently

I purchased a used Audi from Prestige Audi and the 6 hour long process was
awful. We had issues test driving the vehicles, moving over to finance, and
post signature changes to information we were told about the car. To provide
additional detail I will break down the issues into major and minor categories:
Major:
- Car we planned to buy was sold while we were test driving it
- We were told the vehicle was covered by the manufacturer's warranty for
another month after purchase, after signing all paperwork, we found out it
expired a week prior to purchase.
- We were told the car had two keys, and were handed a key without a fob
($600 to replace fob). When we threatened to walk and reverse the
paperwork, they agreed to supply a new key fob.
Minor:
- Used cars are stored at a satellite lot, so if the original car you came to look
at isn't the one you end up wanting, you need to wait 30+ minutes for your
sales person to retrieve each car.
- We informed the sales person that we had been approved for financing at
3%, they asked to see if they could beat that - we agreed, they ran our credit
then provided us with offers a 6%+ - the finance person told us they were
never told about the pre-approved rate.
- We asked about the back-up camera since it didn't work. They told us
because we just purchased the car they'd check it out for free, then when we
brought the car in at the appointment time, they decided they would have to
charge us.
Overall this dealership is disorganized and incompetent. I've already taken
the car to another dealership and found service there to be far superior. I
dont think you can trust anything that they tell you at Prestige Audi.

Bad experience. Salesman was going to do
paperwork so I could send deposit. Half hour
later another guy called , said I had to wait 5
days because of "inventory rollover" 5 days
later they sold car to someone else.

We agreed to a price on the phone with their sales manager to
be inclusive with all dealer fees. When we asked for the contract
to wire the funds all these fees were tacked back on. So we feel
