Although I did end up purchasing my vehicle, my experience at this dealership was far from
what I would expect when making such a significant investment. I spent nearly six hours at
the dealership, and throughout that time, the process felt disorganized and misleading.
What made it more frustrating was that we had been in contact for over a week prior to my
visit. I had an appointment, yet when I arrived I waited about a half hour until he could meet
with me. The salesperson was fully aware of the exact car I wanted, my price expectations,
and my readiness to buy. Yet, when I arrived, I felt disregarded and as though my time was
not valued.
While I am pleased with my vehicle, I would caution others to think twice about doing
business here. Transparency and respect should never feel optional in a dealership
experience.

Terrible experience. I made an appointment to go and see the vehicle. Confirmed it the night before. Showed up and there was no one available to even speak to. All the salespeople were in a meeting. I was one of about 20 people waiting to speak to someone. There was no indication as to when the meeting would be over. It just seemed like absolutely no one cared. I waited for about 20 minutes and then just left. A few hours later I texted the woman back who made the appointment and thanked her for wasting my time. She just basically said sorry. She never called to get any details or even show any remorse. I would avoid this dealer.

They did a bait and switch with me, drove 2 hours to see the car, for them to tell me that they just sold, 2 days later i asked my wife to sent a email, using her email, asking if the car was available and i got 2 diferente emails from them saying that the car was available and if i would like to go to the dealership to see the car

Ownership is horrible. The salesman was lovely, but they advertise false prices “to get people in the door”. I went to see a car priced at $21,900 but when we began the purchase I was told the cost all in was $29k and change. Terrible company. Stay away.

They lied about car prices and didn’t mention about there fees which is about $4000 that confuse the customer about price tag and waste time to go to dealership it should be cleared what’s the actual price on car gurus website.

Toyota and there were very transparent about all of their cars. The
Carfax are available to review. It's the second car I've purchased

Sales person called me ~1h before I get there to tell me that one of the vehicles that I was interest was sold.
So I made sure that the other one "the blue" I originally inquire, is not sold and is there for me to test drive.
Sales person confirmed it.
I get there, and person I was talking with is not there and vehicle was also not there.
Then they lied that they left me a voice message.
Poor communication. Was very upset to waste my time for going there

Overall great experience. They definitely try to push you to buy a car and staff is very respectful. Although I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership due to the price inflation at this time I definitely reccomend audi. They don't have none of those crazy fees some of these dealers charge. I reccomend go in talk to an agent. TRY ALL THE CARS YOU WANT! these guys are really good
The dealer showroom and parking was great; the salesperson was attentive to our requests and patient when we wanted to check the
inventory. He offered so many options and tried to find a vehicle that met our needs. The financial staff were prompt and courteous and
understanding of our financial position. Great experience.
Overall dealer experience and time was waste. Dealer could car less they want there money and don’t care how to get it. Looked at too Cadillac Escalade and both were in terrible shape they edit there photos to make them look good but they are rough. One has deep key marks down side and in pictures there’s no signs of key marks. On the 07 had mismatch paint and rear bumper was totally messed up. They don’t know anything about these vehicles other than what do you expect it’s 14 years old. I expect a dealer especially Audi dealer to give above excellent service and take pride in what they sell. But definitely these people are scam and mislead and use funny ways to cover up imperfections of a vehicle. If they just showed the truth it be a different review. FYI 1800 reconditioned fee is a joke. You can’t just put one tire on a awd suv and if this was a Audi then Audi would deny any of the mechanical problems it have, but don’t forget it’s 14 years old and doesn’t mean anything.
My experience there was terrible. Test drive was great I presented them the approval email. It went left after that. They wouldn’t check what I was approved for without a deposit. They told me If they run my credit and I’m not approved I get my deposit back. If I get my approved and I don’t like the terms I can’t get my deposit back. I felt like I was being hustled out of my money.
his dealer contacted me and scheduled an appointment for me, but I change my mind from the vehicle.
I'm giving them five star because they were professional when I spoke with them.

They charge 1900 on top of the price a BS fee to raise the price of the car called a reconditioning fee. Other than that they are professional but they will stalk you quite a bit once you express interest in something. Not a bad experience overall.

Was very interested in a used car they had. it was priced about $3000 higher than is should be as per KBB,
NADA, & other same vehicles I was looking at. When I mentioned to them, they said that they price their
cars according to market value and there was no room to move on the price. 4 days after they originally
listed it, they dropped the price $2000! That brought it into a range I was willing to go see the car. They
ignored emails from me, until a few days later they told me they wholesaled the car. So they went from being
$3000 above retail, to just wholesaling the car out. They told me it needed too much work. Shouldnt they
have insepected that before they offer it for sale, and certainly before they stand firm on their over pricing?
Not impressed with the transparancy of this dealer.

Nice enough people but
Listing for 8,747 and the final price being 12,550
Why bother listing like this if it’s 2k in dealer fees alone. Also never got back to me after test drive when car was supposed to go through internal maintenance.
Honestly the ability to list price like this should not be legal. Total waste of everyone’s time.
Horrible dealer, went to see a car and was
not there after the second visit signed a
contract, left a $1,000.00 deposit and after
14 days later I still have no car and the
dealer itâs refusing to give back my deposit.
Read everything you sign, because I sign a
contract thatâs says the word non refundable
with a fade stamp on top of the original
contract. So obviously you wonât even see
it, they slick so be aware of this dealer .

Beware of the purchase requirements and fees. The posted pricing requires the customer to finance through the dealership. In addition, there
are huge fees ($2,700), which does not include registration. Aside from needing several conversations to expose all of the fees, the dealership
was very attentive and polite.

Overall good experience as they made multiple attempts to try to contact me. They also quickly sent me requested information on the vehicle. I haven’t heard from them once I told them I was in Virginia Beach and they let me know that they do not ship cars. I replied that if I was interested in the car I would go and get it but again no response.

CarGurus website displayed a price history of the vehicle however dealership denied that price being true. I would have

The internet price was misleading. They should had stated that was a finance pricing. It was a bait and switch if you are paying by cash, they increased the price by $4k. Then they charged additional $1800 for restoration fee. They have the typical dealer fees, title/tags fees and taxes (these were expected.)

I’ve been an Audi customer for years. Without question, my interaction with Audi Lynbrook was the worst I’ve experienced. Sales rep had no knowledge of the vehicle, did not understand the basics of a car lease and overall was poorly informed. I would avoid this dealership.

Sure they responded when I requested to view the car however they did what any dealership does when they want to make a sale and deliberately did not inform that the car was sold so I almost made the 30-40 minute drive just to look at a car that was already sold.

Sales person excellent. But unknown fee a surprise to us. We should have don’t more research. Bought car in the end due to helpfulness of the sales person.
Unfortunately, this dealership is using a 20+ year old sales method. Seems not possible to buy a vehicle over the interwebs here. Their main concern is getting you into their dealership, where I suspect the recurring theme is to wear out the customer with hours and hours of a salesman going back and forth with their manager about price negotiations. I offered to pay cash for this car but the dealership would not give me an "out the door" price. I am willing to pay a fair price for a car, but I will not waste multiple hours playing a negotiating game. And, even though I would not be using Lynbrook for service, their service department reviews appear to average 1/5 stars. Makes it look like they really don't care about the customer.

Other than the wait for sales rep it was a pleasant experience and the car was exactly as advertised. Test drive with Rep was a pleasant experience, but the warranty will end up being a breaking the deal without a concession or cost break which was basically nothing.

I bought a 2016 Audi A-6 3.0 from Audi Lynbrook and found the experience both frustrating and disheartening. After the car was delivered to me, I parked it in my garage. Within 10 days while it sat, it developed on flat tire (punctured sidewall) and with 14 days a second flat (sidewall failure possibly from a pothole). In my first call with them about the tires, they told me is was not their fault. In the second they offered to resell the car for a discount. I repeatedly asked to talk to the manager who has never called. They had the car on their lot for a month before shipping it to me, so the tire issues would have been known. This is the first car that I ever bought that did not come with four serviceable tires. From reading the reviews of Audi Lynbrook, my experience is not unique. I strongly recommend finding a different Audi dealer. Great customer service is not one of their operating principles.

Hello Richard. The vehicle was picked up by a transporter that you hired. We never supplied a phone number or suggested a carrier to you. Unfortunately, the state of Massachusetts requires the vehicle to be registered by the owner prior to the car being shipped. This is why the car took a month to be shipped. As far as the tires, all of our pre-owned vehicles are inspected before being sold. Your vehicle's tires were indeed in good shape. another disappointment with a dealership but at least the salesman followed up with a call so I didn't waste my time.
These dealerships advertise vehicles on Car gurus to bring customers in as they advertise they have all these great deals...… Then when you arrive..... the car is mysteriously sold? or no longer available. Bait and switch and dishonest. They think you will purchase a more expensive vehicle. Guess again some of us know how to remain within our means....
Did the car even exist. Don't trust , waste of time.

Audi Lynbrook not only got back to me but literally sold the car practically via text message. Since I had already test driven this vehicle at other dealerships, I knew what I wanted. I made them an offer and got all the details ironed out before stepping into the dealership. Gustavo was super helpful and the entire thing (including financing) took about 2hrs. Car is a beauty and I'm very happy. Would work with them again.

Very easy to work with. My salesman, Gustavo Moreno was pleasant, knowledgeable, a terrific
communicator and answered all my questions. Dealership had car all set to go when I arrived for
appointment to test drive, inspect and then buy. Only disappointment was that it took over one
and one-half hours to meet with business manager to complete the purchase. They should hire
another person to facilitate the process.

Went to dealer test drove the car and everything the internet price was honored after I argued about it. It’s been a week and still waiting on car delivery. First I was told tai light needed to be replaced few days later I had to call to see what’s the status and now needs tail light assembly and headlights I’m just waiting another 24 hrs if it’s not ready they can keep the car and I’ll get my deposit back. This dealer seems to be too fishy.

If you want to be offered HALF of KB value for your good conditioned car, COME HERE. They will low ball you like crazy. If you also would like to hear numbers that dont even make sense, before seeing a carfax, you should Definitely come here!!!

Grace which was my financial manager to close the deal she was even better!! Ever effort to ensure things went smoothly she made it happen. Terrible dealership. gave me a appoint for 4:15pm and no one attended me until 6:05pm. Sales person name was Kent horrible experience. They are very stuck up and didn't move on the numbers at all. Definitely don't recommend them at all.

Jesse responded to my inquiry right away. I was pleased.
Employee didn't reveal all imperfections as requested on this used vehicle. Came out of state and the car's front grill had stratches and two small impact areas.
Used car mgr wasn't interested in my complete satisfaction! Poor customer service all around.
Sales people weren't on the same page.
Contacting their GM today to express my dissatisfaction with the situation and see if he can complete the sale...
