Very easy transaction. No high pressure tactics.
It's all bot responses and AI trying to interact with you. They try to sell you cars they already sold because the bots don't get fed sale information. Humans simply don't want to work anymore. I'm not interested in buying a car from a dealership where EVERYONE is out to lunch.

I had a great individual exchange with the young sales person Silvio Santos. The
dealership itself is very poorly located and very congested because of real-estate
limitations. (Need to Improve Logistics on Site) Business deal execution given I am an
out of state purchaser (NH) was not customer friendly. I provided all the pertinent
information to execute the deal including full down payment and they have a poor
process to execute an out of state deal. An up charge of $550.00 to execute in your city
is excessive. (Need to make it more CUSTOMER FRIENDLY and REASONABLE $$$)

Not a place to buy a car online. After telling me initially they had the car in stock, it took them a whole week to respond to my request for a price. Never got a price, the response email told me the car was sold.

They were great! I was leery going to a Herb Chambers showroom from experiences more than decade ago at another location but associate Chris Garvin is top notch and all other contacts were fantastic.

I would never buy a car from this dealership!!! I went ans test drove the car, I was pre qualified for financing and I wanted to put a deposit on the car. And the sales manager said she would not take a deposit to hold the car for 4 days so I could try and get a better rate on financing. I feel I was being discriminated on purely because I had issues with my financing ability. I was pre qualified by car gurus for financing before I went and had a depoai which the sales manager would not take so I could come back 4 days later.

after I made an appointment to test drive it the next day, I was told that that wasn't compatible with the dealers time, so I chose another date which was compatible, but then I was told someone walked in and bought it.

Audi was the worst customer service ever. I asked them to call me if the car sold before my appt bc I needed a babysitter to come look at the car and it was an hour away and they didn’t call me in advance and When I got there for my appt and it was sold.

We worked with Tyler and he has been amazing from start to finish. He even reached out after the sale to make sure I had no problems registering my new car. When I needed additional documentation he was able to research and provide them to me in a very quick manner. I will definitely be buying another car from him in the future.
After contacting the dealership and requesting to see two cars, they had one available, the more expensive
model, and aggressively tried to talk us out of the other one we wanted to test drive. We finally got them to
take us to the other car, which we requested to be onsite but wasn't, we drove to it, they opened the car
doors and said to 'look'. We had to actually request to test drive the car.
We decided on option 2 and brought cash to purchase the car. Two days later, we found out the dealership
did not even own the title to the car, so we had to drop everything and park the car since it cannot be insured
without the title. This caused major family scheduling issues and cancellations at the last minute.
Three days later, they offered a loaner. It is too small for our family so they said they could get something
larger. They then back-tracked and said the A3 was the biggest car they had.
They still owe us the title, deposit and do not follow up. Terrible experience - ongoing.

The mileage was 450 miles higher than advertised. Why would a reputable car
dealership lie. Little lies like that made me really lose trust in the entire process. I was
not happy with that.
This car dealership was very responsive and at the same time was not invasive. The communication was timely and professional with great follow up. I had not noticed any reference indicating the dealership does not negotiate price and for those dealerships recommend a notation on car gurus. The price was slighter higher than I was willing to pay, however the dealer response to my price negotiation inquiry was very professional.
They did get right back to us. However, my husband traveled 1.5 hrs to get there, had to park quite a way away (they are under construction). They didn't have the car there onsite even tho he had an appointment. The car hadn't been cleaned. When he pointed out things wrong (including brakes), they said "buy the car first, then we'll fix these things." Yeah, right. Typical dealer 'say what you have to to sell it this instant.' They wanted him to come back at least 2 more times. Given the distance, that was not happening. We opted not to move forward with the car. Not a great experience.

Kayla, Frank, and Derek were absolutely wonderful. I had a couple of concerns and they all assured me that they would take care of everything and they did. They made sure I was one happy customer
They replied to my e-mail early morning - 08:36 and 09:01 - by the internet manager
and the General Manager, respectively . . . saying they would get back to me, but
neither did. I sent another one at 2:15pm . . . and received a response from the
internet manager at 2:32pm saying the car had been sold.
So . . . they are simply the typical car dealership: all words and no follow-up action.
They should follow their own slogan . . . it's difficult to find integrity these days.
No stars for them . . . just one for their initial response... to which there was no follow
through.

Very helpful and low pressure
I intially contacted this dealership on very nice white 2013 bmw x6 50i which was priced
right, slightly below market value. In my first phone call I spoke with a very nice young lady
who said a sales manager would get back to me that day, in regards to my interest in the
vehicle. It took them two days. no biggee..I thought maybe they are not in a rush to sell the
car. When she did contact me I explained to her that the vehicle will be financed by mother
and I would be putting the down payment and picking up the car, she said it would no
problem. I was asked to fill out a credit application, in which I did. Next I spoke with another
person by the name of Patrick who was not informed by the previous person of intent.
Finally the 4th person by the name of ron who was in the finance dept insisted on a $1000
deposit and was very condescending. $1000 later he still had an attitude. I was disgusted.
I asked for deposit back and bought a similar car at another dealership. ADVICE STAY
AWAY.

I drove almost an hour and a half to get to the dealer, which they were aware of, only to be told the car had been sold over the weekend. Dealership is undergoing renovation and is difficult to access. So difficult in fact it was locked due to construction with no signage or communication from the dealer on where I was supposed to park or access the sales department. Not impressed, not recommended.

The dealer helped me realize the car I went to see wasn’t the right car for me, and then he proposed 2 alternatives that were a much better fit. I didn’t make a purchase that day, but the salesmen were knowledgeable and thorough. Overall a good experience

Unwelcoming dealership that presented car that wasn’t prepped for showing. Offered lousy deal based on “smart pricing”, which is smart for dealership and dumb for customers. No surprise here. I bought another car elsewhere where the staff was warm, straightforward and treasonable. My opinion. Stay away from this dealership.

Tyler was great. Helped as much as he could. Ultimately the dealership and i didnt strike a deal. The salea rep was great though. Didnt appreciate the typical finance guys dishonest tactics. Trying to force me into a car i wouldnt drive if it was given to me for free. Then telling me the typical "pay on time trade it in later" speech. The car i wanted is a enthusiasts car. The dealer is an audi dealer in a upscale area. Their normal clients will not be interested in this car. They were unwilling to really deal with me. I have issues in the credit department but a little give in on price could have gotten something done. Overall they didnt do anything wrong. Just not deal makers unless you have A plus credit and they know you can go anywhere else and get one. Again Tyler is great.

Everyone there is very professional. I ended up getting an Audi A8. Cathy, John and Alex were super helpful and they knew exactly what they were doing. The whole process was quick and I am waiting for my car now. Thx Audi Brookline!

I did receive enthusiastic communication initially to get a sale going. Problem is the original pictures posted appeared to be a sham on the advertisement because they were of a new Porsche Panamera and not the 2001 Carerra as advertised, and I had to call them out on it. They removed the wrong ones from the ad and I am still waiting on getting actual pictures of that car over a week later. There is currently a generic single picture on the ad for a similar car but the wrong color. It’s simple details like this that make me question a dealership’s care and legitimacy of what they sell. I get it’s not a new car but if you want to instill confidence in your inventory and trustworthiness in your staff to your prospective buyers then it needs a complete package. Details guys, details. You want to sell a product but you won’t go the extra mile to make it. I won’t be purchasing anything from this dealership as it appears all they want is the sale and don’t care for keeping a customer.

Heard back from them promptly, and met with Scott, who came up with a couple of options to get us into a Q7 in the price range we were targeting. He also found an Audi Rebate that applied to our trade-in, which other local dealers failed to apply to our trade (until we asked about it, at which point they "remembered" that we were eligible). Highly recommend Brookline Audi.

Rafael and his manager were very responsive during the purchase cycle. There were some promises made during the purchase cycle. Some of them were not meet like proper detailing of the car, replacement of some parts. Still following up and I am hope full for the action as they are a good dealer with bunch of nice people.

Excellent experience
Excellent level of service I didnt buy the vehicle as although really awesome it was just too "specialized" to be a daily commuter...but I did buy a very nice 2012 CPO'd A4 (premium plus) from them. Their team is just excellent to deal with and special mention to Salesman Ralph Trepanier for his professionalism, patience and sense of humor!

Friendly enough staff, but I had to wait 45 minutes to see the car I made an appointment to test drive. The salesman I had spoken with was closing a sale, but they made no effort to let me go out for a test drive with one of the other available salespeople. The salesperson I worked with (eventually) was very helpful and knowledgeable, but the sales manager seemed arrogant and unaccommodating.

I was informed by email. No other efforts made. I ended up purchasing
new vehicle, so with some effort Audi of Brookline could have sold me a
car.
