What Volkswagen Golf GTI do most buyers choose?

The Volkswagen Golf GTI years with the most listings are 2023, 2024, and 2025.

These higher-volume years tend to be popular because they give you more inventory to compare and a stronger chance of finding the right trim, mileage, and price combination. They also tend to attract shoppers looking for newer features without moving all the way to the newest model year.

What is the Volkswagen Golf GTI's resale value?

Most model years are moving lower year over year, which creates better opportunities for used buyers. A few years are close to flat or slightly higher, showing that some GTI model years continue to command steady demand.

The 2022 and 2023 model years are holding steady, with prices close to flat year-over-year.

The 2018, 2023, and 2022 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.
