Key things to evaluate:

• Safety package: Toyota’s Active Safety Suite
• Infotainment: an eight-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support

Which Toyota GR86 trim should I buy?

The 2026 Toyota GR86 offers these trims:

• Core: The entry trim focuses on the GR86’s core driving character and gives you the lightest, most straightforward setup.
• Premium: This is the best-value trim if you want the stronger road-going setup, with larger wheels, summer-performance tires, black wheels, and the available Performance package with Brembo brakes and Sachs dampers.
• Yuzu Edition: This special edition adds matte-black wheels with gloss-black lug nuts, Brembo brakes, Sachs dampers, yellow interior accent stitching, black interior trim, a commemorative plaque, and Yuzu yellow paint.

What Toyota GR86 do most buyers choose?

The Toyota GR86 years with the most listings are 2024, 2023, and 2025.

The highest-volume years tend to be the easiest to shop because you get more listings to compare and a better chance of finding the right color, mileage, and condition. They also usually reflect the model years that have drawn the broadest buyer interest.

What is the Toyota GR86's resale value?

Most of the listed model years are moving only slightly year over year, which points to a fairly steady pricing pattern. The newer years are easing down, while the older recent years are edging up, so used shoppers can still find value without seeing dramatic swings.

The 2023 and 2024 model years are holding steady, with prices close to flat year-over-year.

The 2022, 2023, and 2024 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.
