Avg. Dealer Rating: (4 reviews) "Went to go look at the 2013 Subaru Outback 2.5i. Seemed priced well at first glance online and the photos looked promising. However, the car had pant chipping from scratches, had two large dents on both the passenger side doors, one large and very deep scratch on the back passenger door. There were also scratches on the back corners from backing into things, and the plastic bumpers were scuffed. I drove 3 hours just to look at this car and a little transparency about it's condition on the website would have gone a LONG way and saved me a total of 6 hours in the car. The photos make the car look perfect, which leads me to believe the flaws came from the dealership when the drove it into their tiny parking lot. The price had just dropped on this vehicle making it priced just a little more than what a perfect condition used car would be for this model and mileage. He acted like I didn't know what I was talking about when I mentioned I'd already Kelly Bluebooked the model (not to mention I have been looking exclusively at the Subaru Outbacks for the last month, so I understand their worth very well). If you were to want to fix the flaws on this car you'd need to paint the whole vehicle and get out the dents. Would end up costing around 3,500 or more for that kind of paint job. I would need to paint the car, since it snows where I live. When I pointed out my fears of rust in the weather he said "well, the bumpers are plastic so it won't rust", completely glossing over the damage to the actually frame - to which I said "I'm not worried about the bumpers, I could care less about the plastic, I care about where the paint is chipping". He was completely unwilling to negotiate because they had recently dropped the price from $20,980 to $17,980 so I walked off the lot without a car after driving 3 hours with cash. He did not follow up after I left. It's a bummer. He was a nice guy, but if I'm spending $18,000 before sales tax on a car, it had better be in perfect condition. And it's very unprofessional not to note the flaws (he was aware of how far I was driving). I own an online clothing resale business and I take close up pictures of all the flaws on my items to ensure transparent customer service. I definitely expect the same courtesy. I would only go to this dealership if you live in the area. Don't come travel for cars on this lot, you may very well leave empty handed. "
