Luis the salesperson was very nice, but I could tell he like the fact that he had to lie to me about little things. I test drove the car and really liked. The next day I gave the bill of sale to my credit union and was approved. My credit union contacted the finance department to let them know a check will be sent as soon as I signed the documents. The next morning I received a text message from Luis stating the car had been sold literally two hours after my bank contacted them! He tried to offer another car at a higher price, but I was more concerned about how they would sell the car after speaking with my bank. No one ever told me about a deposit. After speaking with Luis' supervisor, she even admitted that a deposit doesn't actually hold a car........soooooo why would I give my hard earned money if you're still going to sell the car?!?!? I mean, my bank can't send you money right there on the spot...it is a process! I definitely wouldn't recommend this dealership unless you walk in there with a check ready to go."
