Key things to evaluate:

• Safety package: BlueCruise, adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assistance, lane-centering assistance, post-collision braking, intersection assist, evasive steering assist, and Turn Signal View.

• Infotainment: Lincoln Digital Experience infotainment system with a 48-inch panoramic display and an 11.1-inch center touchscreen control center.

• Fuel efficiency: 20.3 mpg observed fuel economy and an official EPA rating of 17 mpg in combined driving.

Which Lincoln Navigator trim should I buy?

The 2025 Lincoln Navigator offers these trims:

• Navigator Reserve: The base version brings the Lincoln Digital Experience, the 48-inch panoramic display, BlueCruise 1.4, and a clean, minimalist cabin design; it is the best-value trim for shoppers who want the core luxury and technology package.
• Navigator L: The longer version adds more cargo room behind all three rows of seats, making it the better fit if you regularly carry people and luggage together.
• Navigator Black Label: The top trim adds the most upscale presentation, quality materials, and the most distinctive interior themes, along with the available Sunrise Copper paint and special-edition styling.
• Navigator L Black Label: This combines the top trim’s luxury focus with the longer body for maximum cargo flexibility and a more expansive family-hauling setup.

What Lincoln Navigator do most buyers choose?

The Lincoln Navigator years with the most listings are 2024, 2023, and 2022.

Those higher-volume years tend to be popular because they give you more inventory to compare, which can make it easier to find the right color, trim, and price. They also sit close enough to the newest redesigns to deliver modern features while still offering a broader used-market selection.

What is the Lincoln Navigator's resale value?

The table shows broad year-over-year price declines across the lineup, which is good news if you’re shopping used and want to benefit from softer pricing. The drops are especially steep for several newer model years, while the oldest examples show smaller changes. That pattern suggests you can find meaningful value across multiple generations, with the newest used models still carrying the highest prices.

The 2016, 2015, and 2017 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.

Consider waiting if:

• Powertrain/efficiency: Lincoln continues to use a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 engine in the 2025 Navigator. It makes 440 horsepower and 510 lb-ft of torque, bolts to a 10-speed automatic transmission, and has a towing capacity of up to 8,700 pounds with the Heavy-Duty Trailer Tow Package and 22-inch wheels.
• Tech: For 2025, the Navigator adds the company’s Lincoln Digital Experience infotainment system with a 48-inch panoramic display and an 11.1-inch center touchscreen control center.
• Safety: In the 2025 Navigator, Lincoln uses BlueCruise 1.4, the latest version with driver-signaled automatic lane changes and in-lane repositioning to give large trucks traveling in an adjacent lane a little more room.
• Starting price: With a base price of more than $100,000 including the destination charge, the 2025 Lincoln Navigator sits at the premium end of the segment.

If you're buying used today, the 2024 model year offers the best mix of value and availability. If you want the latest tech and features, it may be worth waiting for the next model year's inventory to build up.
