Key things to evaluate:

• Fuel efficiency: The Range Rover’s base turbo-six powertrain achieves EPA-rated fuel economy of up to 21 mpg combined (19 mpg city, 24 mpg highway), while V8 models are rated at 19 mpg combined (16 mpg city, 23 mpg highway) in standard tune and 18 mpg combined (16 mpg city, 22 mpg highway) in more-powerful SV spec. The Range Rover’s saving grace is the available plug-in hybrid powertrain, which offers an EPA-rated 53 miles of electric range.

Which Land Rover Range Rover trim should I buy?

The 2025 Land Rover Range Rover offers these trims:

• SE: This is the entry point, and it comes standard with 21-inch wheels, a 13.7-inch digital instrument cluster, a 13.1-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and standard driver-assistance features. It suits you if you want the core Range Rover experience with the broadest body-style availability.
• Autobiography: This trim adds 22-inch wheels and opens the door to more upscale equipment, including the available 35-speaker Meridian audio system with active noise cancellation. It’s the best-value choice if you want a richer luxury feel without stepping all the way to the top.
• SV: This is the most exclusive trim, with 22-inch wheels and the most powerful V8 tune in the lineup. It suits you if you want the most performance and the most premium Range Rover presentation.

What Land Rover Range Rover do most buyers choose?

The Land Rover Range Rover years with the most listings are 2024, 2023, and 2022.

These higher-volume years tend to be popular because they give you more inventory to compare, more pricing spread to shop, and a newer version of the Range Rover’s luxury-and-capability formula.

What is the Land Rover Range Rover's resale value?

The table shows broad double-digit price declines across the model years, which is good news if you’re shopping used. The biggest drops are concentrated in several newer and mid-cycle years, while a few older years have fallen by smaller amounts. That pattern gives you room to find value across a wide span of model years.

The 2015, 2022, and 2016 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.
