Comfortable easy driving and quiet. Plenty of room for four adults and their gear. We were looking for a baby step toward an EV and this plug-in hybrid was more fun and more pleasant than the over-priced RAV 4 Primes we kept finding. Time will tell if it is reliable, but Hyundai has a decent track record for reliability on this model

Yes good value. Can get more vertical space in cargo by lowering the floor. Like drive/terrain modes and proximity lift gate. Wonder about the glossy black dash though: dust, fingerprints, scratches, glare.

We didnt do a ton of research, to be fair, but we really liked the car. A little less space-snippy than the fully electric Ionia 5, but still very modern, sleek and yet comfortable. And there arent a ton of plug-in hybrids to be had!

Tech is great, loads of dvr assist. features and overall screens, are clear and semi customizable. Take advantage of the My Hyundai videos and tutorials, and def. sign up for your Bluelink.. I had a 2017 BMW X3, and chose the Tucson over a Honda CRV hyb. because of the EV only aspect.. and has aA LOT more power --204 hp for the CRV , 261 hp for the Tucson. My commute is 26 miles one way. I luckily have access to a charger at work so I have used 1 tank of gas (11 gallons) in a month. (i filled up every 3 days with the BMW) The only drawback is if you cant fast charge at home, finding an avail. charger close by can be a pain., and I live in urban Los Angeles. However because of the smaller battery 13.9 Kw it takes less than 2 hrs. for be at full charge. other benefits --warranty , 3 yrs maint. all made it worth the few $$ more than the CRV.
