First car had a completely different price (+4k), mileage (+18k), and wrong transmission then what was listed on the website. I notified them of this and it took them almost two weeks to update each piece of wrong information one at a time. Second car was great, until I made an offer and the sales manager came over and just stared at me and said "I don't know what you want me to do". I made an offer and wanted a counter offer or at least a "no, we can't do that". Instead he kept just repeating that phrase. He then gave me a print out of KBB, which had it priced at a little of 3k above listed price. I had already done my homework and knew this number was completely wrong. He proceeded to tell me I must have done it wrong. So I asked him to bring it up. He then spent twenty minutes attempting to manipulate KBB to display this price; it never even came close (2k off). I then caught that he put the wrong wheel size and added options that the car did not have such as leather seats. The first guy I was working with during the test drive etc. ran out to verify and came back and confirmed I was right and the sales manager just glared at him. Like I don't know the difference between cloth and leather seats... Over all I ended up getting tired and irritated at this crappy and unprofessional so-called sales manager, so I gave him my final offer which was in the middle where I had expected we would wind up. He just continued to stare at me and repeat "I don't know what you want me to do". Told him if he couldn't figure out i wanted to negotiate then he was wasting my time and left. Worst sales experience I have ever had anywhere. One star because the runners (sales people in the parking lot) are nice, but sales manager was atrocious. If you do go here, do your homework first like I did and don't just believe every paper they put in front of you. "
