They responded, but in a nonspecific way. I couldn’t tell which car they were responding about. Had to go back to CaeGurus to figure it out. Response seems generic, as if it is automatic and not personal.

They were super courteous, professional; however, I told them I did not want a red car, and they tried to convince me that 'Inferno Red Pearl Metallic (?)' was "burgundy" and Greensboro is too far away to double-check their interpretation. No sour grapes; only more disillusionment. Thanks for asking. I strongly prefer a manual, too!

They will waste your time. I scheduled an appointment to an appraisal and look at a car and to my surprise when the day came and I drove 30 minutes to check out the car they didn’t even have it..
