New & Used 2026 Lexus RX Hybrid for Sale nearBellflower, CA

Is the 2026 Lexus RX Hybrid a good car?

The 2026 Lexus RX Hybrid earns a 7.5/10 from our experts. The standout strength is Look and feel at 9/10.

The RX Hybrid is aimed at you if you want a luxury crossover with arresting design, a comfortable interior, and strong tech. Lexus also takes a different route to performance here, using hybrid power to deliver power similar to some turbocharged six-cylinder rivals while improving fuel economy.

The trade-offs are clear: it is not as powerful or quick as most rivals, the F Sport badge does not translate into much real sportiness, and the ride is overly firm. Even so, the RX Hybrid’s 33.2% good and great deal share suggests there are at least some attractive listings in the market.

Is the 2026 Lexus RX Hybrid reliable?

The 2026 Lexus RX Hybrid is presented as a dependable luxury crossover with a reputation for reliability, and its hybrid setup is described as working smoothly with the engine and transmission. The powertrain’s hand-off from electric to gas propulsion is seamless, and the traditional automatic transmission helps power arrive in a more natural way than many hybrid systems.

Lexus also includes a useful three-year Drive Connect subscription with Google points of interest and real-time traffic information, which adds everyday convenience. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about the hybrid system itself and more about living with the firm ride and the model’s premium running costs.

• Safety package: Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 includes forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection and intersection assist, adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, high-beam assist, traffic-sign recognition, and emergency steering assist. Front and rear parking sensors, blind-spot monitors, and rear cross-traffic alert are also standard.
• Infotainment: You get a 14-inch touchscreen, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless phone charging, and a standard head-up display.
• Fuel efficiency: The EPA rates it at 27 mpg city, 28 mpg highway, and 27 mpg combined, but real-world results can be much lower.
