Used 2025 Porsche 911 for Sale nearSilver Spring, MD

How much does the 2025 Porsche 911 cost?

Prices have held steady compared to this time last year, signaling a stable and predictable market for this model year.

There are 1,773 listings available, which gives you a meaningful amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2025 Porsche 911 a good car?

Yes — your 5/5 user rating and the 8.83/10 expert rating both point to a very strong overall package. The model scores 10/10 across Look and feel and Performance.

The 2025 Porsche 911 pairs excellent overall performance with a comfortable, simplistic interior and solid daily livability. It also benefits from a refreshed 992.2-generation update with subtle changes to the face, interior, and power output, while still keeping the familiar rear-engine shape that defines the nameplate.

The trade-offs are real: highway wind buffeting can be noticeable, the tech is slightly confusing, and the base model no longer offers a manual transmission.

With 31.1% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively rather than rushing into the first example you see.

Is the 2025 Porsche 911 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2025 Porsche 911’s appeal is built around a proven rear-engine layout, strong all-around performance, and a refined driving experience that still feels usable every day. The expert evaluation also highlights a comfortable ride, confident braking, and a car that remains easy to live with despite its sports-car mission.

Its performance hardware is described as smooth, fast, and well sorted, with standard adaptive dampers helping the car stay composed in everyday driving. The tech is generally straightforward once you learn it, though some functions take a little getting used to.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about basic competence and more about the usual sports-car tradeoffs: higher upkeep expectations, more complex systems, and the possibility that a heavily optioned example may need closer attention.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Porsche 911?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 98.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and verify that the car’s condition matches its mileage and asking price. A pre-purchase inspection is especially worthwhile on a performance car like this, since you’ll want to confirm that the drivetrain, brakes, tires, and electronics are all in good shape. Pay close attention to signs of hard use, because even a clean-title car can have been driven aggressively.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base Carrera emphasizes the refreshed styling, standard Matrix Design LED headlights, a simple interior, and a modest 10.9-inch infotainment display. It gives you the core 911 experience without the extra equipment that comes with higher trims.
• Powertrain: The base car uses a 3.0-liter twin-turbo flat-six with 388 horsepower and 331 pound-feet of torque, paired with an eight-speed PDK and rear-wheel drive. It also returns 18 mpg city, 25 mpg highway, and 21 mpg combined.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes traffic sign recognition, pedestrian protection, forward-collision warning, and automatic emergency braking. The Premium Package adds adaptive cruise control, a 360-degree camera system with active parking assistance, and lane-change assist.
• Infotainment: The center screen measures 10.9 inches, and wireless Apple CarPlay is included. The system is described as simple and easy to use once you learn it.
• Fuel efficiency: The base car is EPA-rated at 18 mpg city, 25 mpg highway, and 21 mpg combined.

Which 2025 Porsche 911 trim should I buy?

The 2025 Porsche 911 is offered in 6 trim levels: Carrera, Cabriolet, Carrera T, Carrera S, Carrera GTS T-Hybrid, and Carrera 4 GTS.

Here's the short version:

• Carrera: This is the best-value choice if you want the core 911 experience. It delivers the refreshed styling, strong performance, rear-wheel drive, and the most compelling balance of driving enjoyment and price.
• Cabriolet: Choose this if you want open-air driving and are willing to pay more for the convertible body style.
• Carrera T: This is the trim to target if you want the manual transmission, making it the right pick for buyers who value a more traditional sports-car feel.
• Carrera S: Step up here if you want more power, with the output rising to 473 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque.
• Carrera GTS T-Hybrid: This is the performance-and-tech leap in the lineup, with a 3.6-liter flat-six, larger turbochargers, and a plug-in hybrid system that raises output to 523 horsepower and 449 pound-feet of torque.
• Carrera 4 GTS: Pick this if you want all-wheel drive, since it is the AWD version in the lineup.

The Premium Package adds adaptive cruise control, a 360-degree camera system with active parking assistance, and lane-change assist.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Porsche 911?

• Inventory: There are 1,773 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 98.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $215,505, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Porsche 911's resale value?

The current average of $224,177 sits slightly above last year's $222,898.

That small increase suggests the market has stayed stable rather than swinging sharply in either direction. For you, that usually means fewer signs of distress pricing and a better chance that well-kept examples will hold their value predictably.

Because the year’s pricing has remained steady, a clean, well-optioned car should remain relatively easy to position later if you decide to sell. Strong demand for a model with this kind of reputation also helps support future resale strength.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Porsche 911 safe?

The 2025 Porsche 911 Carrera has not been tested by either the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) or Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS).

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

The standard driver-assistance suite includes traffic sign recognition, pedestrian protection, forward-collision warning, and automatic emergency braking. If you want more assistance tech, the Premium Package adds adaptive cruise control, a 360-degree camera system with active parking assistance, and lane-change assist.

Should I buy a 2025 Porsche 911 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 31.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 98.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The refreshed 992.2-generation update brings subtle changes to the face, interior, and power output.

The bottom line: If you want the latest 911 with the refreshed look, updated interior, and strong everyday usability, the 2025 is the right path. If you’re more price-sensitive, a nearby model year may still make sense, but the 2025’s stable pricing and strong inventory quality make it an easy year to shop with confidence.
