Should I buy a 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLS or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 35.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.58% compared with last year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $69,685, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $78,593 average.
• It adds refreshed styling, more standard equipment, and updated infotainment.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It offers more passenger room and cargo space than any other Mercedes model.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest balance of current pricing, clean inventory, and family-friendly luxury, the 2025 is the primary path to consider. If your priority is spending less up front, the 2024 is the better price-sensitive alternative.
