How much does the 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class cost?

Prices have softened 4.84% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 796 listings available, which suggests a modest but workable supply for shoppers.

Is the 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class a good car?

The 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class stands out as a deeply tech-forward luxury mid-size car that still leans into the model’s long-standing strengths: comfort, space, and a polished sense of occasion. The cabin is especially distinctive, with a large digital display behind the steering wheel, a 14.4-inch central touchscreen, and available front-passenger screen space that makes the dashboard feel almost entirely screen-based. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard, along with a blind-spot warning system, while the seats, materials, and legroom are all presented as major strengths.

For you, that means this E-Class makes the most sense if you want a luxury sedan that feels modern, spacious, and upscale rather than purely sporty. 35.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class reliable?

The 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class is described as a deeply tech-forward luxury mid-size car that still leans into comfort, space, and a polished sense of occasion. It has been on sale since spring 2024, and the current generation is described as the most technologically advanced version yet.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that this generation is still very new, so you should expect to be especially attentive to how the technology and electronics have been used and maintained.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the car’s equipment and service records line up with the listing. Prioritize a thorough inspection of the cabin technology, infotainment functions, and any driver-assistance features, since those are central to the car’s appeal. Focus on overall condition and how well the interior and electronics have been cared for, because that’s where this model’s value is most concentrated.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, with enough inventory to compare options but not so much that you can assume every listing is interchangeable.

• Deal availability: 35.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 796 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.84% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 95.1% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $58,517, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class's resale value?

The current average of $58,742 sits slightly below last year's $61,729.

That price movement suggests the market has eased a bit, which can help you buy more confidently now. For a future seller, it also means resale value is still strong, but you should not expect the same pricing power that existed a year ago. If you keep mileage, condition, and service history in excellent shape, you’ll be better positioned when it’s time to sell.

Should I buy a 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 35.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.84% compared with last year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $53,081, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $58,742 average.
• It emphasizes refinement, sophisticated ride quality, and a redesigned cabin with strong technology.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It adds a standard biometric fingerprint scanner and expands wagon-focused practicality.

The bottom line: If you want the newest version with the strongest current-market context, the 2025 is the primary path to consider. If price matters more than having the latest model year, the 2024 is the better secondary option because it costs less while still delivering the core E-Class experience.
