How much does the 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class cost?

Prices have softened 4.88% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 780 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class a good car?

The 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class stands out because it leans hard into technology without giving up the comfort and space that have long defined the name. It is described as the most technologically advanced version yet, and its cabin is presented as especially striking, with ambient lighting, a large digital display, a 14.4-inch central touchscreen, and an optional third screen for the front passenger.

That makes it a strong fit if you want a luxury sedan that prioritizes advanced tech, premium materials, and everyday comfort. The lineup also covers a useful spread of performance and efficiency, from the E350 and E450 models to the much quicker AMG E 53 Hybrid.

33.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class reliable?

The 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class is presented as a comfort-first luxury sedan with strong refinement, premium materials, and a technology-rich cabin. It also emphasizes space and convenience, with standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a blind-spot warning system, and a cabin layout built around ease of use.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that a highly complex luxury car can be more expensive to keep in top shape if you skip maintenance or buy a neglected example.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report on any car you are seriously considering, even when the market looks clean. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so you can check the electronics, cabin features, and overall condition before you commit. Focus on signs of wear that matter most in a tech-heavy luxury sedan, especially if the car has been used frequently or has higher mileage.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you are patient and compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 33.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 780 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.88% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 96.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $59,130, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class's resale value?

The current average of $59,130 sits slightly below last year's $62,164.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled a bit, which can help you buy more confidently today. For a future seller, it also means resale value may depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the car has been maintained. If you keep the car clean, documented, and accident-free, you are in a better position to protect value when it is time to sell.

Should I buy a 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 33.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.88% compared with last year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $54,651, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $59,130 average.
• It brings a redesigned, tech-rich cabin with a refined, soothing driving experience.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It adds a standard biometric fingerprint scanner and expands wagon-focused appeal.
• It brings a new AMG E 53 Hybrid wagon with plug-in hybrid performance and utility.

The bottom line: If you want the newest pricing context with a healthy share of clean inventory, the 2025 is the primary path to consider. If your priority is saving money up front, the 2024 is the better secondary path. If you want the newest feature set and wagon availability, the 2026 is worth a look.
