How much does the 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class cost?

Prices have softened 4.31% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 810 listings available, which suggests a modest but workable amount of inventory for shoppers.

Is the 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class a good car?

The 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class stands out as a deeply tech-forward luxury mid-size car that still leans into the model’s long-standing strengths: comfort, space, and a polished sense of occasion. The cabin is especially distinctive, with a large digital display behind the steering wheel, a 14.4-inch central touchscreen, and available front-passenger screen space that makes the dashboard feel almost entirely screen-based. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard, along with a blind-spot warning system, while the seats, materials, and legroom are all presented as major strengths.

For used-car shoppers, that makes it a strong fit if you want a luxury sedan that feels modern and upscale without giving up everyday comfort. 32.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class reliable?

The 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class is presented as a new-generation luxury sedan that emphasizes comfort, space, and a polished driving experience. It has been on sale since spring 2024, so you’re looking at a relatively fresh design with a strong technology focus and a cabin built around premium materials and convenience features.

For long-term ownership, the main risk is that this generation is still early in its lifecycle, so used examples may have less of a track record than older alternatives.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the car’s equipment and service records match the listing. Prioritize a careful inspection of the cabin electronics, infotainment screens, and driver-assistance features, since those are central to the car’s appeal. Focus on overall condition and how well the luxury features have been maintained, especially if you’re comparing multiple examples.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you’re patient and focused.

• Deal availability: 32.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 810 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.31% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 95.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $58,583, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class's resale value?

The current average of $59,086 sits slightly below last year's $61,745.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled a bit, which can help you buy more confidently today. For a future seller, it also means resale value may remain solid, but you should expect pricing to depend heavily on condition, mileage, and equipment. Well-kept examples with desirable features should hold up better than average.

Should I buy a 2025 Mercedes-Benz E-Class or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 32.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.31% compared with last year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $53,325, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $59,086 average.
• It offers a redesigned cabin with strong technology and a refined, sophisticated driving character.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It adds a standard biometric fingerprint scanner and expands wagon-focused practicality.

The bottom line: You should start with the 2025 if you want the newest used-market balance of tech, comfort, and pricing momentum. If your priority is saving money, the 2024 is the better value path, while the 2026 makes sense if you want the latest cabin and body-style updates.
