Used 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona for Sale nearMadison, WI

How much does the 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona cost?

Prices have softened 20.05% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 285 listings available, which gives you a meaningful amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona a good car?

Yes — 5/5 from users and 7.00/10 from experts point to a strong overall case if you want an electric muscle car with personality. The Charger Daytona is presented as the first true all-electric muscle car, and its appeal comes from instantaneous acceleration, lots of personality, and head-turning style. It also has practical strengths that broaden its appeal, including a comfortable ride and a stylish design.

The trade-offs are real: pricing and range raise questions, the interior materials feel cheap, the touchscreen response is sluggish, and the stereo is lacking. That makes it a better fit if you want drama and character than if you’re shopping strictly for polish or value.

31.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals, so there are still some attractive opportunities in the market.

Is the 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Charger Daytona is framed as a modern electric muscle car that still delivers the kind of personality and performance buyers expect from the nameplate. Its performance setup emphasizes instant acceleration and strong straight-line pace, while the cabin and controls are built around contemporary tech rather than old-school simplicity. That combination suggests a vehicle that should feel robust in daily use, especially if you value the EV drivetrain’s straightforward operation.

The performance notes also point to a well-developed electric setup with all-wheel drive and quick DC fast charging, which supports easy day-to-day ownership. For maintenance, the EV layout should generally mean fewer routine powertrain items than a gas model, though you’ll still want to stay on top of tires, brakes, software, and charging habits.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about mechanical complexity and more about whether the car’s range, electronics, and battery condition still match your needs.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 97.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if the car has been driven hard or modified. Focus on overall condition, because the cabin materials and touchscreen behavior are already known weak points, and you’ll want to confirm that the car feels tight, clean, and well cared for.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The entry-level R/T comes with a 10.25-inch digital instrument panel and a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, while the Scat Pack or Plus package upgrades to a larger 16-inch touchscreen. The base setup is the better value if you want the Charger Daytona experience without chasing every extra feature.
• Powertrain: The R/T uses two electric motors with all-wheel drive and 456 horsepower, while the Scat Pack raises output to 670 hp with a PowerShot boost. The R/T is the efficiency leader with an EPA-estimated 308 miles of range, while the Scat Pack trades range for much stronger acceleration.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, and parking proximity sensors for the front, side, and rear. The Plus package adds a head-up display and a 360-degree camera system.
• Infotainment: The standard setup includes a 10.25-inch digital instrument panel and a 12.3-inch touchscreen, while the Scat Pack or Plus package brings a 16-inch touchscreen. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard, and over-the-air capability is part of the tech story through the connected system.
• Range & charging: The R/T uses a 94-kWh battery pack and is estimated at 308 miles of range. Both the R/T and Scat Pack can DC fast charge at up to 183 kW, with a 20-to-80 percent recharge taking about 27 minutes.
• Battery health: Check battery state-of-health, ask how the car was typically charged, and look for signs of frequent hard DC fast charging versus mostly home charging. You should also confirm how much battery warranty coverage remains and whether the car’s range still aligns with your daily driving needs.

Which 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona trim should I buy?

The 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona is offered in 2 trim levels: R/T and Scat Pack.

Here's the short version:

• R/T: This is the best-value choice if you want the Charger Daytona’s core appeal with the strongest range. It delivers 456 horsepower, all-wheel drive, and the standard 12.3-inch touchscreen, making it the smarter pick for most buyers.
• Scat Pack: Choose this if you want the full performance experience. It jumps to 670 hp, adds a larger 16-inch touchscreen, and brings more aggressive hardware and features, but it gives up range and costs more.

The standard safety equipment is strong across the lineup, and the Plus package adds a head-up display and a 360-degree camera system.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 31.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 285 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.05% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 97.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $34,345, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona's resale value?

The current average of $34,345 sits slightly below last year's $42,960.

That drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you as a buyer but may pressure future resale if you plan to sell soon. If prices stay soft, a seller may need to be more flexible to stand out against comparable listings. On the other hand, a well-kept example with desirable equipment should still attract attention from shoppers who want an electric muscle car with personality.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona safe?

It earns a 6/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard advanced safety features include forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, and parking proximity sensors for the front, side, and rear. The optional Plus package adds a head-up display and a 360-degree camera system.

One caveat is that the adaptive cruise control was described as lurchy and slow to react in traffic, which can reduce confidence in the system. That means you should test the driver-assistance behavior yourself during a used-car drive.

Should I buy a 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 31.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 97.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.05% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2025 stands out as the first true all-electric muscle car with instant acceleration and strong personality.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $35,936, the 2024 costs more than the current year's $34,345 average.
• It delivers dramatic retro styling and practical muscle-car appeal.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It adds a four-door body style for more practicality.
• It expands the lineup with extra everyday usability.

The bottom line: If you want the best mix of current pricing, strong inventory, and the Charger Daytona’s electric-muscle-car character, the 2025 is the primary year to target. If you’re price-sensitive, shop the 2025 first and only move to another year if you specifically want the 2026’s added practicality.
