How much does the 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV cost?

Is the 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV a good car?

Yes — the 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV earns a 5/5 user rating and a 6.17/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Safety at 8/10.

It brings Chevy SUV style into the electric space with a sportier look than the more affordable Equinox EV, and it also offers plenty of cargo space plus available Super Cruise. The trade-offs are that it does not offer any clear advantages in range or interior space, and Apple CarPlay is not offered.

With 36.7% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Blazer EV’s appeal is reinforced by its practical EV hardware and flexible powertrain lineup, which gives you multiple ways to match the vehicle to your driving needs. Its available Super Cruise and accurate range estimates also support confidence in day-to-day use.

The performance setup is broad enough to cover efficient commuting and stronger acceleration, depending on trim and motor configuration. If you buy used, your biggest long-term risk is making sure the battery and charging system have been cared for properly.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on an EV with multiple powertrain and charging configurations. Focus on overall condition, charging behavior, and whether the vehicle’s equipment matches the trim you expect.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The LT and RS are the core trims, and the RS brings a sportier personality with more available equipment. The base setup is simpler, while higher trims add more capability and features, so check carefully for the equipment gaps that matter to you.
• Powertrain: The lineup includes single-motor and dual-motor setups with FWD, RWD, and AWD configurations. Output ranges from 220 hp to 615 hp, so make sure the drivetrain matches your priorities for efficiency, traction, and acceleration.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring with steering intervention, reverse automatic braking, a surround-view camera system, automatic high beams, and a safety alert seat. Super Cruise is available as an option, along with a semi-automated parking system.
• Infotainment: You get a 17.7-inch infotainment touchscreen, a digital instrument panel, native navigation, a Wi-Fi hotspot, OnStar remote monitoring and control, and Google Built-in. Apple CarPlay is not offered.
• Range & charging: EPA range estimates run from 283 miles to 334 miles depending on configuration, with an 85-kWh battery on some versions and a 102-kWh battery on others. DC fast charging is rated up to 190 kW, and Chevy says it can add up to 78 miles in 10 minutes.
• Battery health: On a used EV, you should check battery state-of-health, confirm how the car has typically been charged, and review how much battery warranty coverage remains. A vehicle that has mostly seen normal home charging is often easier to live with than one that has relied heavily on fast charging.

Which 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV trim should I buy?

The 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV is offered in 4 trim levels: LT, RS, RS RWD, SS.

Here's the short version:

• LT: This is the entry point, and it makes the Blazer EV’s core strengths accessible without pushing you into the pricier performance-oriented versions. It suits you best if you want the style, the standard tech, and the available AWD setup without paying for extra speed you may not need.
• RS: This is the best-value trim if you want the Blazer EV’s sportier personality and broader powertrain flexibility. It adds more of the model’s character while keeping you below the high-performance SS.
• RS RWD: Choose this if you want the longest range in the lineup and a rear-drive setup with more power than the RS AWD. It’s the most interesting pick for shoppers who care about range and a more engaging feel.
• SS: This is the performance choice, with 615 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque. Buy it only if you want the quickest, most aggressive version and are willing to give up some range for it.

Super Cruise is available as an option, and it remains one of the Blazer EV’s most compelling safety and convenience upgrades.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so it makes sense to shop carefully and compare listings.

• Deal availability: 36.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,516 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 17.94% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 93.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $31,585, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV's resale value?

The current average of $31,585 sits slightly below last year's $38,490.

That drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you as a buyer today but may temper future resale gains if you plan to sell soon. For a future seller, the current pricing trend means you should expect a more competitive market and may need to lean on condition, mileage, and equipment to stand out.

The model’s strong user satisfaction can help support demand over time, especially for well-kept examples with desirable equipment.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV safe?

The Blazer EV (RWD) received five out of five stars in all crash tests conducted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), and the AWD model received four stars for rollover protection.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard driver-assistance features include forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring with steering intervention, reverse automatic braking, a surround-view camera system, automatic high beams, and a safety alert seat. Super Cruise is available as an option and adds a semi-automated parking system.

The AWD model’s four-star rollover result is the main caveat to keep in mind.

Should I buy a 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 36.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 17.94% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It offers multiple powertrain options, plenty of cargo space, and available Super Cruise.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $26,511, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $31,585 average.
• It stands out as a design-forward, tech-focused electric SUV with available Super Cruise.

The bottom line: If you want the broader 2025 lineup, stronger market availability, and the latest pricing trend, the 2025 is the better primary choice. If your priority is spending less up front, the 2024 is the more budget-friendly path.
