Made my purchase! The salesman was helpful without being too pushy. They were willing to deal and even drove an hour to deliver the vehicle to my home. I would recommend them to friends and will.

I received an initial call from the dealership after I requested it from CarGurus. I was at work at the time and asked if they could call me back after I got off work they said sure. Never heard from them. My husband went to the dealership a couple of days later and they said the vehicle had been sold the day before. However it’s still showing up in CarGurus. I called the dealership again and the person answering the phone transferred me to the original person I talked to but I got their voicemail and what do you know I still haven’t heard from them. Now I’ve gotten two apparently automated emails from said person, one in which I replied to mind you, and still nothing. I work in retail and I would consider this very bad customer service. If I decide to go back to the dealership I won’t be dealing with the person I originally dealt with.

Purchased on the night before Christmas Eve about an hour and a half after they closed. Brad was extremely patient with us and their team worked their magic to get us a great deal in the end without pressuring is into anything we didn't want. I would definitely make the hour and a half drive out there again to purchase another vehicle.

Salesman was very friendly and willing to work for me however, I was coming 1.5hrs to look at a specific $45k truck so I called at 9am to be sure it was still available, and it was, So I called again at noon to give notice of my afternoon visit for test ride. Upon arrival the truck had dead battery and an almost flat front tire and took another 1.5 hrs to get ready to test drive. Also the hitch that had been described in ad had been removed. They did give a pretty good trade offer for my truck which I used to help me purchase a $49k truck elsewhere.

They contacted me the same day and I purchased the 2011 Chevrolet Volt the next day. I was surprised how much time they spent explaining everything to me. No unwanted surprises, and no complaints!

Agreed to a deal and backed out, selling it to someone else after an agreement was reached. No honor. Unprofessional. I'd never do business nor recommend them to anyone.

Car was sold before I even called. They scheduled an appointment for me to come see the car anyway. Drove an hour each way. Arrived and no car!!!! They even sent an email confirming appointment the day of. Absolutely rediculous

The sales team was polite and somewhat knowledgeable. I learned if you are buying a used car it is better to go to a dealer who sells that name brand of car. Aka don't go to a gmc dealer to buy a jeep.

Will never return to this dealership. Ask to drive the used vehicle around the parking lot. The salesman said that he'd have to go with us, which is perfectly understandable, but before we even had the opportunity to do so he took us inside to take all of our info and copies of our drivers license. Then he goes back to have whoever sign it, comes back with more paperwork, takes that up to a counter for someone else to sign but while walking up to the counter turns around and says that the banks are going to start closing (banks were already closed) and wants to know if we would like for them to get the paperwork started!!! Hello, we only ask to drive the vehicle around the parking lot!!! Ask us questions about our down payment and if we were going to pay cash or finance, etc.... Needless to say, after about 30 minutes of this run around, we walked out....nope...never did drive the vehicle!! What a joke!! ...

I was greeted with a smile and I was able to ask a question about the car I sought. However, it was not for me, as the car had been used by a smoker. A deal breaker. The salesman asked if he could FIND me a car...and took my information. Not only did he start working on the vehicle, but he called me the next day to let me know the staff was trying to assist me. GREAT attitude at this dealership.

I am a little over 2 hours from this dealer. I asked several times for either additional pictures or clarification on potential defects in the online pictures. I did get a quick response however it was requests to come in for a test drive. My questions never got answered just attempts to get me in the door. Took my business elsewhere.

They Were Very Nice And Polite Until I Asked Them If they Could Drop the Price Of A Car A Few Hundred dollars, Then after we Couldn't Make A Deal, they Basically Told Me To scram, And that I Was A waist Of Their Time. Would Not recommend.

The sales person was ridiculous, very nasty, uninvested in his job or the company. We purchased at another dealer. Eventually someone higher up in the company phones and was nice, but SORRY, one bad impression lasts a long time when they've been SO nasty. I'd never recommend them to anyone.

The sales person was unwilling to budge on the over priced truck, lied to me regarding how long it had been on their lot and mentioned that after 90 days it would have gone to auction if not sold which I found out is also not true. Outright lying is very poor business practice. I made a reasonable offer, he made no attempt to even meet me anywhere close to the blue book information for this particular vehicle if in the upper 3% of the best condition which is probably why it had been listed for over 118 days (more now) and has been reduced in price twice in a short period of time by 500.00. I would not recommend this sales person or the dealership if indeed the dealer was not the person I attempted to work with, the dealership has no financing available and many others I've worked with do have financing for older vehicles and are more receptive to offers. A total waste of my time and his. If there is a Mr. McDaniel, he should realize this since the sales person claims to have been there for more than 20 years perhaps he should consider changing personnel.

I bought a used car from them in February. Didn't even make it all the way home before the check engine light was on. Took back in, and they replaced the spark plugs. two days later check engine light again. They took car back for service and had it 3 days, replaced MAF sensor which was nice, however 2 days after I got it back, check engine light again. No response from them. They claimed to have inspected this car before sale, and would like you to believe they offer better service than other dealers. Maybe many customers get treated well, but every so often a customer gets a bad deal. This time it happened to be me.
