Is the 2025 BMW 4 Series a good car?

The 2025 BMW 4 Series stands out for blending premium equipment with a distinctive design that is more dramatic than the related sedan it shares much of its hardware with. For you, that means a luxury car that feels more special than conventional, with coupe, convertible, and Gran Coupe body styles to match different priorities.

It also comes well equipped across the range, with standard LED headlights, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, SensaTec upholstery, power front sport seats, a rear-view camera, adaptive cruise control, and satellite navigation. If you want upscale image, strong performance, and a long list of standard features, this model fits that brief well. The market also shows 40.1% of listings as good or great deals, which supports the case for shopping carefully.

Is the 2025 BMW 4 Series reliable?

The 2025 BMW 4 Series is presented as a familiar BMW underneath, with much of its mechanical and interior hardware shared with the related 3 Series. That shared foundation, along with its well-equipped nature, gives you a reassuring starting point if you want a used luxury coupe or convertible.

The main ownership risk for used buyers is that premium cars can become expensive to keep in top condition, so you should plan for careful maintenance and a thorough pre-purchase check.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 BMW 4 Series?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the car’s condition matches its advertised story. Put inspection priority on bodywork, interior wear, and any signs of uneven use, especially if you’re comparing multiple trims or body styles.

Should I buy a 2025 BMW 4 Series or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 40.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.93% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2025 is the better primary choice if you want the freshest version of this design with a strong mix of equipment, inventory, and softer pricing. If you’re more price-sensitive, a nearby model year can still make sense, but the 2025 gives you a compelling balance of value and selection right now.
