Is the 2025 Audi Q5 Sportback a good car?

With no expert test-drive score provided here, the strongest signal is the market itself: the 2025 Audi Q5 Sportback is trading at a moderate level relative to its recent pricing history, and the current average sits below last year’s figure. That suggests you should focus on condition, equipment, and asking price rather than assuming every listing is a strong value.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Audi Q5 Sportback?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 98% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the listing matches the car’s service and ownership history. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if the vehicle has higher mileage, incomplete records, or signs of cosmetic wear. Focus on overall condition, because a clean history does not replace a careful mechanical and cosmetic check.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Audi Q5 Sportback?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay disciplined on price and condition.

• Deal availability: 31.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 251 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.60% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 98.0% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $45,663, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Audi Q5 Sportback's resale value?

The current average of $45,663 sits slightly below last year's $49,416.

That price movement suggests the model has softened enough to help you buy more carefully today, but it also means future resale will depend heavily on how well you preserve the vehicle’s condition. If you keep mileage reasonable, maintain service records, and avoid accident damage, you’ll be in a better position when it’s time to sell. A well-kept example should hold up better than one with visible wear or incomplete documentation.

Should I buy a 2025 Audi Q5 Sportback or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 31.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 98% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.60% compared with last year.

The bottom line:
The 2025 is the better primary path if you want a newer model-year option with a meaningful amount of clean inventory and some pricing softness. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby years and focus on whichever one gives you the best combination of condition, mileage, and asking price.
