Is the 2025 Audi A5 a good car?

The 2025 Audi A5 stands out as a stylish luxury car that blends premium feel, useful space, and a strong list of standard features. It gives you broader everyday appeal than the older coupe-focused A5 formula, and the redesigned body adds more room inside while keeping the upscale character intact.

The hatchback tailgate opens to 22.6 cubic feet of cargo space, or up to 36.6 cubic feet with the rear seat folded down, so you get real practicality along with the luxury badge. Standard equipment is generous, including Apple CarPlay/Android Auto compatibility, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, a panoramic sunroof, a power liftgate, and a suite of driver-assistance features.

36.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you a meaningful share of the market to target if you shop carefully.

Is the 2025 Audi A5 reliable?

The 2025 Audi A5 is positioned as a premium, tech-heavy luxury car with a practical body style and a strong standard feature set. Its appeal comes from a blend of usefulness, upscale character, and everyday comfort rather than from a stripped-down performance focus.

For long-term ownership, you should expect the usual used-luxury-car risk profile: maintenance and repair costs can matter more than the purchase price, so condition and service history should carry extra weight in your decision.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Audi A5?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 97.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and verify that the car’s condition matches the listing photos and description. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection if you want extra confidence, especially on electronics, interior wear, and any signs of prior bodywork or uneven panel fit.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Audi A5?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you have room to compare listings and wait for the right one.

• Deal availability: 36.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,049 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 21.06% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 97.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $41,231, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Audi A5's resale value?

The current average of $41,231 sits slightly below last year's $52,230.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, it also means resale value will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the car is equipped and maintained. If you keep the car clean, documented, and accident-free, you give yourself the best chance of protecting value later.

Should I buy a 2025 Audi A5 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 36.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 97.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 21.06% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2025 is the better choice if you want the newer body style, more practical hatchback layout, and a strong mix of standard luxury features. If your priority is simply finding the lowest entry price, a nearby model year may be worth a look, but the 2025 makes the strongest case when you want the updated design and everyday usability together.
