Should I buy a 2024 Toyota Crown or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 32.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 86.7% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices are up 1.33% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $33,422, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $35,824 average.
• It offers a distinctive elevated-sedan feel with strong efficiency and broad appeal.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2024 if you want the newer model-year pricing context and a healthy pool of listings to compare. If your priority is saving money, the 2023 is the better value path, especially if you find one in strong condition with the features you want.
