Why it stands out
The 2024 Toyota 4Runner maintains its reputation as a solid off-roader, known for reliability and durability. Despite its aging platform, which has not undergone a full redesign since 2010, the 4Runner still offers strong all-terrain capabilities and a spacious interior that appeals to adventure-seekers and families alike. It boasts an impressive suite of safety features and comes standard with a powerful 4.0-liter V6 engine that provides enough horsepower for off-road excursions. However, it's worth noting that the 4Runner struggles with fuel economy, rated at only 16 mpg city, 19 mpg highway, making it less appealing for everyday driving. While its rugged design and features like heated seats and blind spot monitoring are praised, drivers may find the outdated interior styling and technology to be a drawback compared to newer rivals. As the market anticipates a redesigned 4Runner in the near future, potential buyers may want to weigh their options carefully.

This is one of the best cars on the market. The only thing i think its missing is a leveling kit. Having it sit a little higher i think makes it easier to see/ safer. The reliability and low car maintenance make this a great option for someone who doesnt want to spend money on repairs.
