A clean history and strong service records should help you protect value better than a truck with visible wear or accident history.

Should I buy a 2024 RAM 3500 Chassis or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 28.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 88% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.56% compared with last year.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest balance of current pricing and available inventory, the 2024 is the primary year to focus on. If you’re especially price-sensitive, compare it against nearby years and target the cleanest, best-priced example rather than chasing the newest listing.
