How much does the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLA cost?

Prices have softened 12.41% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 970 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare before you decide.

Is the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLA a good car?

The 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLA stands out as a small luxury crossover that leans more toward premium feel and technology than outright practicality. For 2024, Mercedes-Benz refreshed the exterior styling, added standard LED headlights, and made the larger pair of 10.25-inch digital screens standard. The GLA 250 also gained a 48-volt mild hybrid system for its 2.0-liter turbocharged engine, which could add a 13-hp bump while leaving maximum power and fuel efficiency figures unchanged.

That combination makes it a strong fit if you want a compact, upscale crossover with a polished interior and a modern feature set. Standard MBUX infotainment, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto help the cabin feel current, and the available tech list adds features such as a Burmester audio system, a head-up display, and wireless smartphone charging. 38.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLA reliable?

The 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLA keeps its focus on premium features and a modern presentation rather than major mechanical changes, which can be reassuring if you want a familiar, well-equipped compact luxury crossover. The 2024 updates are centered on styling, standard equipment, and the mild hybrid system, while the core mission stays the same.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that a compact luxury crossover can be more expensive to keep in top condition than a mainstream alternative, so condition and maintenance history matter more than chasing the lowest sticker price.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLA?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.3% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you are comparing multiple listings at similar prices. Focus on overall condition, signs of prior bodywork, and whether the cabin electronics and infotainment features work as expected, since this model’s appeal is tied closely to its tech and premium feel.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLA?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop carefully without feeling rushed.

• Deal availability: 38.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 970 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.41% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 91.3% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $33,624, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLA's resale value?

The current average of $33,624 sits slightly below last year's $38,390.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can help you buy more confidently now but may also mean future resale values stay under pressure if the model continues to soften. If you plan to sell later, buying at a lower entry price can help offset some depreciation, especially if you choose a clean, well-kept example with strong equipment.

Should I buy a 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLA or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 38.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.3% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.41% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the better pick if you want the refreshed styling, standard LED headlights, and larger digital displays without paying new-car money. If you are especially price-sensitive, a nearby model year may still make sense, but the 2024 gives you a strong mix of modern equipment and a softer used-market price.
