What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Lexus RX Hybrid?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report on any listing you’re serious about, even when the clean-inventory rate is high. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so you can check the hybrid system, brakes, tires, and interior electronics. Focus on overall condition and maintenance records, since luxury features and hybrid components can be costly if they’ve been neglected.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Lexus RX Hybrid?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop carefully and still find value.

• Deal availability: 37.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 736 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.16% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 90.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $56,124, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Lexus RX Hybrid's resale value?

The current average of $56,124 sits slightly below last year's $60,452.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled a bit, which can help you buy more selectively today. For a future seller, the softer trend means resale value may depend more heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the vehicle is equipped. If you buy well now and keep the SUV in strong shape, you’ll be better positioned when it’s time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Lexus RX Hybrid or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 37.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.16% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $50,882, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $56,124 average.
• It offers multiple hybrid choices in a redesigned RX package.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $60,880, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $56,124 average.
• It emphasizes comfort, technology, and a broader range of trim choices.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the best all-around choice if you want the strongest mix of price, inventory, and buyer satisfaction. If your priority is saving money, the 2023 is the better value path. If you want to spend more for a newer model-year alternative, the 2025 is worth a look, but the 2024 remains the most balanced buy.
