Used 2024 Kia Soul for Sale nearBuffalo, NY

How much does the 2024 Kia Soul cost?

Prices have softened 2.05% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 2,584 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2024 Kia Soul a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Kia Soul earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. The overview describes it as a subcompact hatchback with a lot of space inside, plus a quirky, boxy personality that still feels practical and value-conscious. That makes it a good fit if you want a compact vehicle that is easy to live with, useful for everyday driving, and a little different from the usual small-car crowd. 36.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals, so you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Kia Soul reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview also notes that the model line has some reliability concerns, so you should treat a used example as a vehicle that deserves careful vetting rather than blind confidence. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is ending up with a car that has unresolved recall work or condition issues that were not caught before purchase.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Kia Soul?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should start with the history report to confirm accident status, title status, and recall completion. Then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so a mechanic can check for wear, repairs, and any signs of neglect. Focus especially on overall condition, because a clean-looking listing can still hide maintenance or repair issues.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Kia Soul?

This looks like a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting a deep bargain on every listing.

• Deal availability: 36.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 2,584 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 2.05% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 87.1% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $17,102, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Kia Soul's resale value?

The current average of $18,130 sits slightly below last year's $18,510.

That softer pricing suggests the market has eased a bit, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, that also means resale value may depend more on condition, mileage, and how well the car has been maintained than on broad market momentum alone. If you buy carefully and keep the vehicle in strong shape, you improve your odds of holding value better than a neglected example would.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Kia Soul or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 36.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 2.05% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $17,180, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $18,130 average.
• It adds more standard driver-assist features and a revised trim lineup.

The bottom line:
Choose the 2024 if you want the newer model year with a strong satisfaction signal and a market that still offers decent deal availability. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2023 is the better value play, especially if you find one in strong condition with the features you want.
