Why it stands out
The 2024 INFINITI QX60 stands out as a three-row luxury SUV that emphasizes comfort, space, and a long list of standard equipment. It offers a cleaner, sharper exterior design and a more upscale interior than the earlier version, with large sections of quilted leatherette, fine stitching, and sleek controls. A 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and wired Android Auto is a major usability upgrade, and the base trim includes features such as a panoramic moonroof, rear parking sensors, a power tailgate, heated power front seats with driver’s memory, blind spot monitors, six USB ports, LED headlights, and a nine-speaker stereo.
It also brings useful everyday capability. The 3.5-liter V6 makes 295 hp and 270 lb-ft of torque, and fuel economy is EPA-estimated at 20 mpg city, 25 mpg highway, and 22 mpg combined for AWD trims, or 21 mpg city, 26 mpg highway, and 23 mpg combined for FWD. Cargo space measures 14.5 cubic feet behind the third row, 41.6 cubic feet behind the second row, and 75.4 cubic feet with both rows folded, while towing capacity is 3,500 pounds with FWD and 6,000 pounds with AWD. Those numbers help explain why the QX60 appeals to buyers who want a refined family hauler with real utility.
The 2024 model year itself brought no changes, so its appeal comes from the strength of the package rather than fresh updates. Higher trims add more luxury and technology, including available ProPilot Assist, a surround-view camera system, ventilated front seats, heated second-row outboard seats, a wireless phone charger, ambient lighting, and a 17-speaker Bose stereo. At the same time, the QX60’s drawbacks remain part of the story: the infotainment has been described as dated in earlier years, and the model is also associated with poor fuel economy, uninspired driving dynamics, and CVT failures in the broader buying guide.

| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Current Average Price | $34,956 |
| Year-Round Low | $34,956 |
| Year-Round High | $42,095 |
| Average Price a Year Ago | $42,104 |
| Change vs. Last Year | −16.98% |
Prices have softened 16.98% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.
There are 2,165 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.
Is the 2024 INFINITI QX60 a good car?
Generally — the 2024 INFINITI QX60 earns 4.3/5, which points to a strong fit if you want a three-row luxury SUV focused on comfort, space, and standard equipment. The overview highlights a cleaner exterior, a more upscale cabin, and a long list of features, including a 12.3-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay, and a panoramic moonroof on the base trim. It also makes sense if you want a refined family hauler with real utility rather than a sporty driving experience. 40.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are meaningful opportunities in the market.
Is the 2024 INFINITI QX60 reliable?
Owners rate it 4.3/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.
The overview points to a comfort- and convenience-focused SUV with broad standard equipment and a premium-feeling cabin, but it also notes concerns tied to the model’s broader buying guide, including poor fuel economy, uninspired driving dynamics, and CVT failures. For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is worth taking seriously, especially if you plan to keep the vehicle for many years.
What should I look for when buying a used 2024 INFINITI QX60?
Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.9% — always verify the vehicle history report.
You should prioritize a history report first, then focus your inspection on signs of prior damage, uneven wear, or incomplete maintenance. Because this model is a luxury family SUV with a lot of standard equipment, you’ll also want to make sure the cabin features, infotainment, and power accessories all work as expected. A careful pre-purchase inspection is especially important if you want to avoid surprises after purchase.
Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 INFINITI QX60?
This looks like a buyer-friendly market, with decent deal availability and a healthy number of listings to compare.
- Deal availability: 40.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Inventory: There are 2,165 listings available.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 16.98% compared with last year.
- Clean inventory: 89.9% of listings are accident-free.
If you find a listing below $34,956, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.
What is the 2024 INFINITI QX60's resale value?
The current average of $34,956 sits slightly below last year's $42,104.
That drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make future resale values more sensitive to mileage, condition, and equipment. If you buy well and keep the vehicle in strong shape, you may be better positioned when it’s time to sell. The current pricing also means your entry cost is lower than it was a year ago, which can help offset some depreciation pressure.
Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.3/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.
Should I buy a 2024 INFINITI QX60 or consider a different year?
If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:
Choose the 2024 if:
- 40.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.9% — always verify the vehicle history report.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 16.98% compared with last year.
- Owners rate it 4.3/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.
The bottom line: The 2024 is the right pick if you want the QX60’s comfort-first formula, strong standard equipment, and a market that currently favors buyers. If your priority is stretching your budget further, a nearby year with a lower average price may be the better path, but the 2024 remains the cleaner choice if you want the latest version of this setup without moving to a different vehicle.
