What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report to confirm the listing’s background and verify that the clean title story holds up. Focus on overall condition, because a well-kept example should show consistent wear across the cabin, controls, and exterior panels.

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile opportunities.

What is the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid's resale value?

The current average of $33,718 sits slightly below last year's $37,538.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favorable entry point, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays soft. If you plan to sell later, buying well below the current average gives you more room to preserve value. Strong condition and clean history matter even more when the market has already moved down.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.75/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 37.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.18% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.75/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $26,191, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $33,718 average.
• It emphasizes comfort, space, and efficiency.

The bottom line: Choose the 2024 if you want the redesigned Santa Fe Hybrid with its standard third row and richer feature set. If your priority is lower purchase price, the 2023 is the better value play and still delivers the practical hybrid SUV formula.
