Used 2024 Ford F-150 for Sale near Oklahoma

How much does the 2024 Ford F-150 cost?

Prices have softened 9.98% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 9,756 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for shoppers comparing trims and prices.

Is the 2024 Ford F-150 a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Ford F-150 earns a 4.6/5 user rating and an 8.00/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Form and function and Technology.

Owners consistently praise its powerful engine, smooth driving experience, and strong towing capability. They also like the broad range of features available at a more affordable price than higher trims.

The trade-offs are familiar ones: some buyers want more storage in the center console, and others note the absence of push-button start and value concerns tied to pricing.

That makes the F-150 especially appealing if you want one truck that can handle work duties and family use without giving up capability. It also helps that 35.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Ford F-150 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.6/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a truck that feels dependable in daily use, with strong towing ability and a driving experience many buyers trust over time. The expert review also emphasizes that the F-150 is built for broad, repeatable usefulness, from hauling to family duty.

Ford’s standard warranty coverage adds another ownership cushion, and the truck’s broad feature set suggests it is designed to be used hard and often. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the concept and more about finding a well-kept example with the right equipment and condition.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Ford F-150?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re looking at a truck that has been used for towing, hauling, or off-road driving. Focus on wear items, interior condition, and signs that the truck has been worked hard rather than lightly used.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base XL is pretty spartan, while higher trims add luxury touches like heated and ventilated leather seats, heated rear seats, wood trim, and ambient lighting. Mid trims can still show some cheap-looking surfaces, so inspect cabin materials closely.
• Powertrain: You have multiple engine choices, including a turbocharged 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6, a 3.5-liter turbo V6 hybrid, a 5.0-liter V8, and a 5.2-liter supercharged V8 in the Raptor R. The hybrid is the standout for efficiency and everyday versatility.
• Safety package: Ford CoPilot 360 is standard and includes automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, lane-keeping assist, and cross traffic alert. A 360-degree camera is worth seeking out, and BlueCruise is available on Tremor and up trims.
• Infotainment: Every truck gets a 12-inch touchscreen with SYNC 4, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 5G LTE hotspot, wireless charging, and a 12-inch digital gauge cluster. An available head-up display adds another useful layer of information.
• Fuel efficiency: The hybrid setup is rated at 22 mpg in the city, 24 mpg on the highway, and 23 combined.

Which 2024 Ford F-150 trim should I buy?

The 2024 Ford F-150 is offered in 8 trim levels: XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, Tremor, Raptor R, and Platinum Plus.

Here's the short version:

• XL: This is the most basic version, so it makes sense if you want the lowest entry point and can live without the nicer cabin touches and convenience upgrades found higher up the range.
• XLT: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it sits in the sweet spot between price and equipment, and it can be paired with the optional hybrid engine.
• Lariat: Choose this if you want a more upscale feel without jumping all the way to the luxury-focused trims; it also gets some of the newer interior color themes.
• King Ranch: This is the luxury-leaning choice, with heated and ventilated front leather seats, heated rear seats, wood trim, and ambient lighting.
• Platinum: Pick this if you want a premium truck with a more polished presentation and access to the Smoked Truffle interior theme.
• Tremor: This is the off-road-focused pick, with a 5.0-liter V8, 33-inch tires, a 1-inch lift, off-road-tuned shocks and springs, and an electronic locking rear differential.
• Raptor R: This is the extreme performance model, with a supercharged V8, 37-inch tires, and serious high-speed off-road hardware.
• Platinum Plus: This is the most upscale-feeling version mentioned here, with the Smoked Truffle interior and Dark Smoked Truffle accents.

Every 2024 F-150 comes with Ford CoPilot 360, but adaptive cruise control is not standard, and BlueCruise is reserved for Tremor and higher trims.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Ford F-150?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 35.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 9,756 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.98% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 92.0% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $45,104, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Ford F-150's resale value?

The current average of $45,104 sits slightly below last year's $50,106.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled a bit, which can help you buy more truck for the money today. For a future seller, that also means resale value will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the truck was equipped from the start.

Because the F-150 has broad appeal and strong demand across work and family use, well-kept examples should remain easier to move than more niche trucks. Higher-spec trucks with desirable equipment may also hold attention better than stripped-down versions.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.6/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2024 Ford F-150 safe?

The 2024 Ford F-150 earns five-star overall ratings from NHTSA, with five-star side-crash and frontal-crash ratings and four-star rollover ratings. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety gave the 2024 F-150 SuperCrew a Good rating in driver- and passenger-side crashworthiness, while front crash testing received a Poor rating for possible injuries to rear-seat passengers.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Ford CoPilot 360 is standard and includes automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, lane-keeping assist, and cross traffic alert. A 360-degree camera is recommended on a truck this size, and BlueCruise is available on Tremor and higher trims.

The main caveat is that some advanced safety features are not standard, and the IIHS front-crash result is a notable weak spot to keep in mind when shopping used.

Should I buy a 2024 Ford F-150 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 35.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.98% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.6/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It adds updated BlueCruise, a standard 12-inch touchscreen, and a multi-functional tailgate.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $41,019, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $45,104 average.
• It adds the Raptor R debut and the XLT Heritage Edition.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $48,856, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $45,104 average.
• It expands the lineup with more powertrains and a new Platinum Plus package.

The bottom line: If you want the best mix of current pricing, inventory, and updated tech, the 2024 is the smart default. If your priority is saving money, the 2023 is the better value path; if you want the broadest lineup and more new features, the 2025 is the upgrade path.
