Used 2024 Ford F-150 for Sale near Lawton, OK

How much does the 2024 Ford F-150 cost?

Prices have softened 9.76% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 27,938 listings available, which suggests you have a healthy amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2024 Ford F-150 a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Ford F-150 earns a 4.6/5 user rating and an 8.00/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Form and function and Technology.

Owners repeatedly praise its powerful engine choices, smooth driving feel, and strong towing capability. The truck’s broad feature set also comes through as a major plus, especially when you want one vehicle that can handle family duty, hauling, and towing.

The trade-offs are familiar for a full-size truck: some interior storage and convenience details draw criticism, and value can feel stretched on pricier trims. Even so, the F-150’s use-case flexibility makes it a strong fit if you want a do-it-all pickup rather than a single-purpose work truck.

With 35.1% of listings marked as good or great deals, the market gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Ford F-150 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.6/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

User feedback points to a truck that feels dependable, with many owners describing it as powerful, smooth, and capable over time. The expert test drive data also emphasizes that the F-150 settles down nicely once it has some weight in the bed, which supports the idea that it’s built for real work as well as daily use.

Ford also includes a three-year/36,000-mile factory warranty and a five-year/60,000-mile powertrain warranty, which helps reduce early ownership risk. For used buyers, the main long-term concern is less about basic durability and more about choosing a well-kept example with the right equipment for your needs.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Ford F-150?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re looking at a higher-mileage truck or one that was used for towing. Focus on overall condition, because the F-150’s wide range of configurations means equipment, wear, and previous use can vary a lot from one listing to the next.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base XL is pretty spartan, while higher trims add much more comfort and luxury. The King Ranch stands out with heated and ventilated front leather seats, heated rear seats, wood trim, and ambient lighting, but mid trims can still show some cheap-looking surfaces.
• Powertrain: You have multiple engine choices, including a standard turbocharged 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6, an available PowerBoost Hybrid with 430 horsepower and 570 pound-feet of torque, and a 5.0-liter V8 in Tremor form with 400 horsepower and 410 pound-feet of torque.
• Safety package: Ford CoPilot 360 is standard and includes automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, lane-keeping assist, and cross traffic alert. A 360-degree camera is recommended on higher trims, and Blue Cruise is available on Tremor and up.
• Infotainment: Every model gets a 12-inch touchscreen running SYNC 4, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 5G LTE wireless hotspot, wireless charging, and a 12-inch reconfigurable digital gauge cluster.
• Fuel efficiency: The hybrid setup is rated at 22 mpg in the city, 24 mpg on the highway, and 23 combined.

Which 2024 Ford F-150 trim should I buy?

The 2024 Ford F-150 is offered in 8 trim levels: XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, Tremor, Raptor, and Raptor R.

Here's the short version:

• XL: This is the most affordable way into the lineup, but it is pretty spartan. It makes sense if you want the F-150’s core capability and plan to add only the equipment you truly need.
• XLT: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it opens the door to more comfort and available tech without jumping too far up the price ladder. It’s also one of the trims where the Truffle interior theme is available.
• Lariat: Choose this if you want a more upscale daily driver with more available interior polish and tech. It also gets the Truffle interior theme.
• King Ranch: This is the luxury-leaning choice, with heated and ventilated front leather seats, heated rear seats, wood trim, and ambient lighting.
• Platinum: This is for buyers who want a premium feel and more upscale details, including the Smoked Truffle interior with Dark Smoked Truffle accents on the Platinum Plus trim.
• Tremor: This is the better pick if you want off-road hardware and a more adventurous setup. It comes with a 5.0-liter V8, 33-inch tires, a 1-inch lift, off-road-tuned shocks and springs, beefy control arms, and an electronic locking rear differential.
• Raptor: Choose this if you want the high-performance off-road personality at the top end of the lineup.
• Raptor R: This is the extreme choice, with a 5.2-liter supercharged V8, 720 horsepower, 640 pound-feet of torque, and massive 37-inch tires.

Blue Cruise is available on Tremor and up, so that’s the trim line where the hands-free driving-assist tech starts.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Ford F-150?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 35.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 27,938 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.76% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 91.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $44,913, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Ford F-150's resale value?

The current average of $44,913 sits slightly below last year's $49,770.

That softer pricing can help you as a buyer now, but it also means a future seller may need to be realistic about expectations if the market stays competitive. The current trend suggests the truck has moved into a more buyer-friendly range, which can limit upside for short-term resale gains.

Even so, the F-150’s broad appeal and strong owner satisfaction should help it remain easy to move later. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.6/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2024 Ford F-150 safe?

The 2024 Ford F-150 earns five-star ratings overall from NHTSA, with five-star side-crash and frontal-crash ratings and four-star rollover ratings. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety gave the 2024 F-150 SuperCrew the top score of “Good” in driver- and passenger-side crashworthiness, while front crash testing received a “Poor” rating for possible injuries to rear-seat passengers.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Ford CoPilot 360 is standard and includes automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, lane-keeping assist, and cross traffic alert. A 360-degree camera is recommended on higher trims, and Blue Cruise is available on Tremor and up, with lane-change assist and lane-repositioning added for this year.

The main caveat is that some advanced safety features are not standard, and the IIHS front-crash result is a notable weak spot to keep in mind if safety is a top priority.

Should I buy a 2024 Ford F-150 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 35.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.76% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.6/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It adds updated Blue Cruise and thoughtful interior and tech improvements.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $40,833, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $44,913 average.
• It adds the Raptor R and Heritage Edition to the lineup.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $48,498, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $44,913 average.
• It expands the lineup with more powertrains and added driver-assistance systems.

The bottom line: If you want the best balance of current pricing, updated tech, and broad capability, the 2024 is the sweet spot. If your priority is saving money, the 2023 is the better value play, while the 2025 makes sense if you want the newest lineup breadth and can pay more.
