Is the 2024 Chevrolet Blazer a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Chevrolet Blazer earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. The overview shows a midsize SUV that emphasizes style and everyday usability, with a five-passenger cabin, unibody construction, and a well-packaged layout. It also comes standard with features like dual-zone climate control, a rear-vision camera, Chevy Safety Assist, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto, while higher trims add more comfort and driver-assistance equipment. That makes it a good fit if you want a modern, easy-to-live-with two-row SUV rather than something built around rugged off-road character. 41.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are still attractive opportunities in the market.

Is the 2024 Chevrolet Blazer reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction. The overview points to a straightforward, mainstream SUV formula with standard connectivity, a practical five-passenger cabin, and a broad set of available comfort and safety features. For used buyers, that usually means your biggest long-term ownership risk is less about the concept of the vehicle and more about how well a specific example was maintained and equipped.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Chevrolet Blazer?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then focus on a pre-purchase inspection that checks the condition of the cabin, electronics, and available driver-assistance features. Because many of the more advanced safety items are not standard on the base trim, make sure the specific vehicle has the equipment you expect. It also helps to compare wear, mileage, and trim level carefully so you know whether the asking price matches the vehicle’s condition and feature set.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Chevrolet Blazer?

It’s a buyer-friendly market if you’re shopping carefully and comparing listings.

• Deal availability: 41.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 4,410 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.79% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 87.1% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $27,468, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Chevrolet Blazer's resale value?

The current average of $27,468 sits slightly below last year's $29,468.

That softer pricing can help you buy more efficiently now, but it also means future resale will depend heavily on how well the market holds up from here. If prices stay near this level, a well-kept Blazer should remain competitive with other midsize SUVs in its class. Strong equipment, clean history, and desirable trim content can help you protect value when it’s time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Chevrolet Blazer or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 41.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.79% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $26,527, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $27,468 average.
• It offers a more road-focused, tech-friendly take on the Blazer with a stylish design and a quiet ride.

The bottom line: If you want the stronger current-market mix of pricing, inventory, and owner satisfaction, the 2024 is the better default choice. If your priority is spending less up front, the 2023 is the more budget-conscious path and still delivers the Blazer’s core appeal.
