What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Chevrolet Blazer?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 88.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the report carefully and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re comparing multiple listings. Focus on overall condition, signs of prior damage, and whether the vehicle’s features and equipment work as expected.

Because the Blazer’s seats and visibility are noted drawbacks, it’s smart to spend extra time evaluating comfort and sightlines during your test drive.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Chevrolet Blazer?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 39.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 4,661 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.05% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 88.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $27,849, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Chevrolet Blazer's resale value?

The current average of $27,849 sits slightly below last year's $29,642.

That price movement suggests the market has eased, which can help you buy more confidently now but may also mean future resale gains are limited if prices stay soft. If you plan to sell later, the best protection is buying a clean, well-maintained example at a sensible price today.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Chevrolet Blazer or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 39.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 88.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.05% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $26,805, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $27,849 average.
• It offers a more value-focused take with a stylish design, a strong V6 option, and a roomy, comfortable cabin.

The bottom line: If you want the newer model year with stronger market availability and a softer price trend, the 2024 is the better starting point. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2023 is the smarter alternative, especially if you find one in excellent condition.
