Used 2024 Buick Envista for Sale nearFlint, MI

How much does the 2024 Buick Envista cost?

Prices have softened 5.06% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,503 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.

Is the 2024 Buick Envista a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Buick Envista earns a 4.5/5 user rating and a 7.8/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Look and feel at 9/10.

It stands out as Buick’s entry-level model, but it aims for a more upscale feel than its mainstream crossover hardware might suggest. That makes it a strong fit if you want style and comfort without moving up to a larger or pricier crossover.

The main trade-offs are that all-wheel drive is not available and cargo space is limited. Ergonomic design is also a weak point, so you should pay attention to how the controls and seating position work for you during a test drive.

The market shows 32.2% of listings as good or great deals, which suggests there are still worthwhile opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2024 Buick Envista reliable?

Owners rate it 4.5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Envista is built around a 1.2-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine with a six-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive, and the expert review describes that setup as more refined than the specs suggest. It also notes that the power delivery is smooth and that the vehicle feels quieter and more laid back than its platform mate.

Buick also tuned the suspension for a more comfortable ride, and the review highlights Buick-specific bushings and damper tuning that help quiet road impacts. On the ownership side, the warranty coverage is the same as Chevy’s, including a three-year, 36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty and a five-year, 60,000-mile powertrain warranty.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that this is still an entry-level crossover, so you should pay close attention to wear items, interior condition, and how well the ride and controls have held up over time.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Buick Envista?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.7% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still run a history report on any candidate, even if it looks clean on paper. A pre-purchase inspection is especially important here because you want to confirm that the ride quality, interior condition, and electronics all match the seller’s description.

Focus on how the cabin feels in daily use, since the review calls out both comfort strengths and ergonomic shortcomings. You should also check whether the trim level you’re considering has the equipment you want, because some features are standard only on higher versions.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The lineup includes Preferred, Sport Touring, and Avenir. The Sport Touring adds black exterior trim and 18-inch wheels, while the Avenir gets bright exterior trim, standard 19-inch wheels, and leather seats. The base Preferred uses cloth-and-leatherette upholstery, so it is the trim where you’ll feel the biggest feature gap.
• Powertrain: Every version uses a 1.2-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine with a six-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. The setup makes 137 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque, and the review says it feels smoother and more refined than you might expect.
• Safety package: Standard driver-assistance features include automatic emergency braking with front pedestrian braking, a following distance indicator, forward collision warning, automatic high beams, lane-keep assist, and lane-departure warning. Optional features include adaptive cruise control, lane-change alert with side blind-zone alert, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear park assist.
• Infotainment: You get an 11-inch touchscreen and an 8-inch digital instrument cluster, plus wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless phone charging, and Wi-Fi connectivity. A head-up display is not available.
• Fuel efficiency: The Envista returns 30 mpg combined, with 28 mpg city and 32 mpg highway.

Which 2024 Buick Envista trim should I buy?

The 2024 Buick Envista is offered in 3 trim levels: Preferred, Sport Touring, and Avenir.

Here's the short version:

• Preferred: This is the entry point, and it gives you the core Envista experience at the lowest price. It comes with the standard touchscreen, digital instrument cluster, wireless smartphone integration, and the full set of standard driver-assistance features, so it makes sense if you want the best value and can live without the extra style and comfort upgrades.
• Sport Touring: This trim adds black exterior trim, 18-inch wheels, and sporty styling touches. It is the right pick if you want a more distinctive look without jumping all the way to the top trim.
• Avenir: This is the most upscale version, with bright exterior trim, standard 19-inch wheels, leather seats, and an eight-way power driver’s seat. It is the best choice if you want the most comfort and the most premium feel in the lineup.

The safety package is basically the same across the lineup, so your decision should come down to style, comfort, and wheel-and-interior upgrades rather than major safety differences.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Buick Envista?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but still move quickly on the right listing.

• Deal availability: 32.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,503 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.06% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 89.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $23,459, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Buick Envista's resale value?

The current average of $23,459 sits slightly below last year's $24,708.

That tells you the market has softened, which can work in your favor as a buyer but may mean a slower payoff if you plan to resell soon. If you buy at the right price, you reduce the risk of taking an immediate hit later.

The good news for future resale is that the Envista has a clear identity: it offers style, comfort, and value in a way that stands apart from more basic crossovers. That kind of positioning can help keep demand steady when shoppers are looking for something distinctive.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2024 Buick Envista safe?

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard driver-assistance tech includes automatic emergency braking with front pedestrian braking, a following distance indicator, forward collision warning, automatic high beams, lane-keep assist, and lane-departure warning. Optional features include adaptive cruise control, lane-change alert with side blind-zone alert, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear park assist.

Crash-test ratings were not available at the time of publication, so you should check for updated results before you buy. The safety equipment list is solid for the class, but some of the more advanced features are optional rather than standard.

Should I buy a 2024 Buick Envista or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 32.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.7% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.06% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2024 model year launches the Envista as Buick’s new entry-level crossover, with a more upscale feel, three trims, and a standard 11-inch touchscreen.

The bottom line: If you want the newest Envista with the strongest mix of style, comfort, and value, the 2024 is the right place to start. If you’re especially price-sensitive, keep shopping listings carefully and focus on the best-equipped examples at the low end of the range.
