The overview shows a flagship SUV with a sportier, more luxurious character than the Q7, plus a distinctive two-row layout, a premium standard equipment list, and a polished road-focused setup. The overview points to a premium SUV with a strong standard powertrain, standard quattro all-wheel drive, and a refined chassis setup, all of which support confidence in everyday use. What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Audi Q8?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the car’s records match its condition and mileage. Put inspection priority on the electronics, interior wear, and overall mechanical condition, since this model leans heavily on premium features and touch-based controls. It’s also smart to focus on signs of careful ownership, because a luxury SUV like this can be expensive to refresh if it has been neglected.

What is the 2024 Audi Q8's resale value?

The current average of $53,095 sits slightly below last year's $66,101.

That drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, the current pricing trend means there may be less room for appreciation, so condition and mileage will matter even more when it’s time to resell. A well-kept example should still hold appeal because shoppers in this segment tend to value premium design, standard equipment, and a strong ownership experience.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Audi Q8 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 42.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 19.68% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the freshest version of this style-first luxury SUV and you value a strong mix of pricing, inventory, and owner satisfaction, the 2024 is the primary year to target. If your main goal is to minimize upfront cost, a nearby older year may be worth a look, but the 2024 gives you the most current version of the Q8’s design and feature set.
