Is the 2024 Acura RDX a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Acura RDX earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner approval. The overview describes it as a compact luxury SUV that blends sporty character with everyday usefulness, and it highlights a 272-horsepower turbocharged engine, SH-AWD, and a well-rounded feature set. Is the 2024 Acura RDX reliable?

The overview points to a well-rounded package with standard safety equipment, standard smartphone integration, and a drivetrain designed to improve handling and traction. For long-term ownership, the main risk is making sure the infotainment and overall condition still feel solid after prior use.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Acura RDX?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report on any listing you like, even when the market looks clean. Prioritize a thorough inspection of the infotainment system, since the overview notes that it is not especially intuitive. Also focus on cabin condition and cargo-area usability so you know the vehicle matches your daily needs.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Acura RDX?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 36.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 2,326 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.34% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 90.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $37,117, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Acura RDX's resale value?

The current average of $37,117 sits slightly below last year's $40,494.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can help you buy more confidently now but may also limit upside if you plan to resell soon. For a future seller, the key is to buy well and keep the vehicle in strong condition so you preserve as much value as possible. A model with broad appeal and strong satisfaction can still hold demand better than one with weaker owner response.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Acura RDX or consider a different year?

• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.34% compared with last year.

Consider the 2023 if:

• It offers strong performance and comfort at a lower price.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $41,472, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $37,117 average.
