Used 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander for Sale nearMesa, AZ

How much does the 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander cost?

Prices have softened 8.44% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 2,216 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander a good car?

With a user rating of 3.7/5, the 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander makes the most sense if you want a compact SUV with a seven-passenger layout, a more modern design, and a family-oriented setup. Its appeal is strongest if you value seating flexibility, a larger infotainment touchscreen, and a useful set of standard safety features over sporty performance.

The Outlander is also positioned as a comfort-first SUV rather than a quick one, so you should expect a quieter, everyday-driving focus instead of strong acceleration. 33.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander reliable?

The 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander emphasizes everyday comfort, a quiet cabin, and a well-equipped feature set, which can make it feel like a sensible choice for routine use. It also comes with a broad set of standard safety features and a layout that should suit buyers who want a practical family SUV.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that a comfort-focused SUV with modest performance may not feel as satisfying if you expect stronger refinement or quicker passing power over time.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 85.7% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still confirm the vehicle history report, since accident-free status does not replace a full records check. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on cabin condition, electronics, and how smoothly the drivetrain behaves under load. Because this model is tuned for comfort and family use, pay close attention to signs of hard use, uneven wear, or neglected maintenance.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 33.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 2,216 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.44% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 85.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $22,090, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander's resale value?

The current average of $22,090 sits slightly below last year's $24,127.

That price movement suggests the Outlander has lost value faster than some shoppers may expect, which can be good news if you're buying now. For a future seller, it means you should plan for softer resale performance than a more in-demand rival. If you own one for several years, depreciation is likely to remain an important part of the total cost of ownership.

Should I buy a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 33.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 85.7% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.44% compared with last year.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $19,295, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $22,090 average.
• It offers a more competitive redesign with strong value and a comfortable ride.

The bottom line: Choose the 2023 if you want the newer model-year pricing context and a broad pool of listings to compare. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2022 is the better secondary path because it costs less while still delivering a modernized Outlander experience.
