Is the 2023 Lincoln Nautilus a good car?

The 2023 Lincoln Nautilus stands out as a midsize, two-row luxury SUV that blends a smooth ride with a more upscale feel than Lincoln’s earlier efforts. It offers a well-rounded mix of comfort and convenience, with the generation’s standard 13.2-inch touchscreen, Sync 4, and over-the-air updates, plus available luxury touches like Black Label trim.

What makes it especially appealing is the way it balances everyday usability with genuine luxury features. You get a smooth ride, comfortable seats, ample power, and useful equipment such as Lincoln Co-Pilot360, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a power tailgate.

The market reflects that appeal, with 35.5% of listings marked as good or great deals.

Is the 2023 Lincoln Nautilus reliable?

The 2023 Lincoln Nautilus stands out as a midsize, two-row luxury SUV that blends a smooth ride with a more upscale feel than Lincoln’s earlier efforts. It also offered a well-rounded mix of comfort and convenience, with standard tech and useful everyday features.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that a luxury SUV with lots of convenience and technology features can become more expensive to keep in top shape if prior maintenance was inconsistent.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Lincoln Nautilus?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.

Focus on the vehicle’s condition, especially signs of prior bodywork, uneven panel gaps, or interior wear that could hint at harder use. A pre-purchase inspection should prioritize the suspension, steering feel, and electronics so you can confirm the SUV still drives and functions the way a luxury model should.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Lincoln Nautilus?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 35.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,981 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.12% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 87.1% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $34,303, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Lincoln Nautilus's resale value?

The current average of $34,303 sits slightly below last year's $37,745.

That decline suggests the Nautilus has moved into a more buyer-friendly pricing zone, which can help you if you’re shopping now. For a future seller, it means resale value may be more sensitive to mileage, condition, and equipment than it would be in a rising market. Well-kept examples with clean history and desirable features should hold up better than average.

Should I buy a 2023 Lincoln Nautilus or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 35.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.12% compared with last year.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $29,477, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $34,303 average.
• It emphasizes style and comfort with a distinctly upscale cabin.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $46,217, the 2024 costs more than the current year's $34,303 average.
• It adds standard all-wheel drive and a more advanced tech setup.

The bottom line: The 2023 is the best all-around choice if you want a luxury SUV with strong feature content and a softer used price than newer models. If your priority is saving money, the 2022 is the better value play; if you want the newest tech and are willing to pay more, the 2024 is the upgrade path.
