Used 2023 Chrysler 300 for Sale nearFort Worth, TX

How much does the 2023 Chrysler 300 cost?

Prices have softened 4.16% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 489 listings available, which suggests a modest but workable amount of inventory for shoppers.

Is the 2023 Chrysler 300 a good car?

Yes — the 2023 Chrysler 300 earns a 5/5 user rating and a 5.83/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Performance at 8/10.

Owners consistently praise its smooth ride, spacious interior, and powerful performance, and they also value its style and strong value for an American sedan. The trade-offs are its outdated technology and the fact that rear-wheel drive can be less ideal in snowy conditions. In use-case terms, this is a large sedan for you if you want presence, comfort, and muscle-car attitude more than the latest cabin tech. Good and great deals account for 29.4% of listings, which means there are still some attractive opportunities in the market.

Is the 2023 Chrysler 300 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

User feedback points to a car that feels dependable, comfortable, and easy to live with over time, with many owners describing it as a solid value and a vehicle they trust for everyday use. The expert evaluation also emphasizes the 300’s proven, old-school hardware and its long-running platform, which supports the sense that this is a familiar, well-understood sedan rather than a risky experiment. Chrysler also notes that the first scheduled maintenance visit is on the house. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that age-related wear and outdated systems can matter more here than in newer rivals.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Chrysler 300?

At 73.6% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle-history report and then prioritize a careful pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re considering a higher-mileage example or one with performance-oriented equipment. Focus on body condition, tire wear, brake condition, and signs of hard use, since this car’s appeal often comes from strong power and a more aggressive driving style. If you want the cleanest ownership experience, pay extra attention to maintenance records and any evidence of prior collision repair.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Touring and Touring L are the more mainstream choices, while the 300S adds a sportier look and the 300C is the fully loaded, limited-production performance model. The base trims are the ones most likely to feel stripped down compared with the higher versions, especially in cabin presentation and equipment.
• Powertrain: The Touring and Touring L come with a V6, the 300S can be had with a V6 or V8, and the 300C uses a 6.4-liter V8 with 485 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque. The V8 models are the ones that deliver the strongest acceleration, but they also bring higher fuel use.
• Safety package: The Safety Tec Plus Group adds forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and adaptive cruise control. Most of these features are optional rather than standard on all but the fully loaded 300C.
• Infotainment: The car uses an 8.4-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto through a USB data port, plus SiriusXM satellite radio, Guardian connected services, navigation, traffic reports, voice recognition, and an available 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot.
• Fuel efficiency: The 300C returns an official EPA rating of 18 mpg in combined driving, and the evaluation loop averaged 17.5 mpg.

Which 2023 Chrysler 300 trim should I buy?

The 2023 Chrysler 300 is offered in 4 trim levels: Touring, Touring L, 300S, and 300C.

Here's the short version:

• Touring: This is the entry point if you want the Chrysler 300’s size, style, and available AWD without paying for extra performance hardware. It makes the most sense if you want the look and space of the car at the lowest price.
• Touring L: This is the best-value trim for most shoppers because it adds a more upscale feel while staying on the practical side of the lineup. If you want the 300’s comfort and presence without chasing the V8, this is the trim to target.
• 300S: Choose this if you want a sportier personality and the option of a V8 without jumping all the way to the limited-production model. It suits you if you care more about attitude and stronger acceleration than maximum luxury content.
• 300C: This is the enthusiast pick, with the 6.4-liter V8, performance tires, Brembo brakes, adaptive damping suspension, forged wheels, and active exhaust. It’s the one to buy if you want the most powerful and most distinctive version of the 300.

The Safety Tec Plus Group is the key safety-package note to keep in mind, since many driver-assistance features are not standard on lower trims.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Chrysler 300?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 29.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 489 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.16% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 73.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $27,577, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Chrysler 300's resale value?

The current average of $29,125 sits slightly below last year's $30,389.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you as a buyer but may temper what you can expect later as a seller. If you buy at the right price now, you may have less depreciation pressure than someone who paid closer to the prior-year average. The 300’s limited-production V8 appeal can help certain versions hold interest better than the broader lineup, especially among shoppers who want a traditional rear-wheel-drive sedan with character. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2023 Chrysler 300 safe?

The Chrysler 300 gets a Marginal rating in the IIHS moderate-overlap frontal-impact test and Poor headlight performance.

It earns a 3/10 safety score from our experts.

The available Safety Tec Plus Group includes forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and adaptive cruise control. Lane-keeping assist is described as genuinely useful rather than intrusive, but most of these features are optional instead of standard on all but the fully loaded 300C. The main caveat is that the car’s crash-test performance and safety tech lag behind newer rivals, so you should not expect class-leading protection or driver assistance.

Should I buy a 2023 Chrysler 300 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 29.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 73.6% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.16% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2023 stands out for its available 6.4-liter Hemi V8, which returns to the Chrysler 300 for the first time since 2014 and is offered only in the limited-production 300C.

The bottom line: If you want the last and most distinctive version of the Chrysler 300, the 2023 is the one to target, especially if you value the V8-powered 300C and the car’s old-school rear-drive character. If you’re more price-sensitive, a nearby model year may still give you the same basic formula with a lower entry cost, but the 2023 is the most compelling choice for shoppers who want the final, most memorable sendoff.
