Used 2023 Chevrolet Blazer for Sale nearAlbuquerque, NM

How much does the 2023 Chevrolet Blazer cost?

Prices have softened 4.27% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 3,772 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for used shoppers.

Is the 2023 Chevrolet Blazer a good car?

Yes — the 2023 Chevrolet Blazer earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.17/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Look and feel at 9/10.

Owners consistently praise its sporty design, comfort, roomy interior, and quiet ride, and they also see it as a strong value in the midsize SUV class. The Blazer’s on-road focus and practical two-row layout fit shoppers who want a stylish crossover rather than a rugged SUV.

The trade-offs are that performance is fairly pedestrian and fuel economy is poor, and advanced safety features are not standard. Even so, the Blazer’s mix of style, comfort, and useful tech keeps it appealing if you want a more upscale-feeling midsize SUV.

Good and great deals account for 35.4% of listings, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2023 Chevrolet Blazer reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a dependable-feeling ownership experience, with praise centered on comfort, quietness, and overall value. The expert evaluation also describes the Blazer as a practical, on-road crossover that delivers useful everyday competence rather than drama.

Chevy’s three-year, 36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty and five-year, 60,000-mile powertrain warranty provide average mainstream coverage, which helps limit early ownership risk. For used buyers, the main long-term concern is making sure the vehicle has been maintained well, since higher-mileage examples may show the effects of its heavier, V6-equipped setup.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Chevrolet Blazer?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 85.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the history report carefully, because a clean listing percentage does not replace a proper records review. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on tires, brakes, suspension, and any signs of uneven wear, especially if the vehicle has larger wheels or higher mileage. It also makes sense to confirm that the tech and driver-assistance features work as expected, since equipment levels vary by trim.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The lineup includes 2LT, 3LT, Premier, and RS. The cabin gets a sportier look than other Chevy crossovers, cloth seats are standard, leather upholstery is available on higher trims, and all models get dual-zone automatic climate control. The base trim leaves some desirable comfort and convenience equipment for higher versions.
• Powertrain: Most models use a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder with 228 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. A 3.6-liter V6 with 308 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque is standard on RS and optional on 3LT and Premier. Both engines use a nine-speed automatic, with front-wheel drive standard and all-wheel drive available.
• Safety package: Chevy Safety Assist Package includes automatic emergency braking with pedestrian braking, a following distance indicator, forward collision warning, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, and automatic high beams. Adaptive cruise control is available on 2LT and 3LT, while blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, rear park assist, a 360-degree camera system, rear camera mirror, a Safety Alert vibrating driver seat, and Teen Driver are also available.
• Infotainment: A 10.2-inch touchscreen is standard, wireless device charging is available on all trim levels, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard. RS and Premier add built-in navigation and an eight-speaker Bose audio system, while RS and Premier also get an 8-inch digital instrument display.
• Fuel efficiency: Four-cylinder models are rated at 25 mpg combined with FWD and 24 mpg combined with AWD. V6 models are rated at 22 mpg combined with FWD and 21 mpg combined with AWD.

Which 2023 Chevrolet Blazer trim should I buy?

The 2023 Chevrolet Blazer is offered in 4 trim levels: 2LT, 3LT, Premier, and RS.

Here's the short version:

• 2LT: This is the entry point, and it gives you the core Blazer experience with the standard turbo-four, the 10.2-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and the basic safety suite. It makes sense if you want the lowest-cost way into the lineup.
• 3LT: This trim is the best-value choice for many shoppers because it opens the door to the available V6 and more equipment without jumping all the way to the top. If you want a stronger engine and a more upscale feel, this is the trim to target first.
• Premier: This is the more comfort-leaning choice, with the V6 available and more premium tech and convenience content. It suits you if you want a more polished daily driver.
• RS: This is the style-and-power pick, with the V6 standard and the most distinctive appearance. It’s the one to choose if you want the Blazer’s sportiest presentation and don’t mind paying more for it.

Safety equipment is not fully standard across the lineup, so check each trim carefully for the driver-assistance features you want.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Chevrolet Blazer?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you’re patient.

• Deal availability: 35.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,772 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.27% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 85.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $26,905, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Chevrolet Blazer's resale value?

The current average of $26,905 sits slightly below last year's $28,105.

That decline suggests the Blazer has softened in the used market, which can help you buy at a more favorable point in the cycle. For a future seller, that also means resale value may depend more on condition, mileage, and equipment than on broad market momentum alone.

Well-kept examples with desirable features should hold up better than average, especially if they have the V6, strong service records, and clean history. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2023 Chevrolet Blazer safe?

The 2023 Chevrolet Blazer earns Good ratings from IIHS in all six crash-test categories and a five-star overall safety rating from NHTSA, with five-star ratings in frontal and side crash tests and four-star ratings in rollover testing.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

The standard Chevy Safety Assist Package includes automatic emergency braking with pedestrian braking, a following distance indicator, forward collision warning, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, and automatic high beams. Adaptive cruise control is available on 2LT and 3LT, while blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, rear park assist, a 360-degree camera system, rear camera mirror, a Safety Alert vibrating driver seat, and Teen Driver are available.

One caveat is that advanced safety features are not standard, and the Blazer does not offer GM’s Super Cruise system. IIHS also gave it an Acceptable rating for child-seat anchor ease of use.

Should I buy a 2023 Chevrolet Blazer or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 35.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 85.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.27% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2023 adds a new 10-inch touchscreen and available wireless charging across the lineup.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $23,501, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $26,905 average.
• It emphasizes sporty styling and straightforward everyday usefulness.

The bottom line: The 2023 is the better pick if you want the newer tech updates, stronger market inventory, and a more current shopping pool. If your priority is saving money and you’re comfortable giving up the 2023 updates, the 2022 is the value-oriented alternative.
