How much does the 2023 Audi S3 cost?

Is the 2023 Audi S3 a good car?

The 2023 Audi S3 sits in a strong position for shoppers who want a compact sport sedan with a balance of performance, comfort, luxury, and technology. It is aimed at drivers who want something more engaging than a mainstream sedan without stepping all the way up to the most aggressive performance tier.

That makes it a sensible choice if you want a lively daily driver that still feels upscale and usable. The market also shows 39.6% of listings as good or great deals, which gives you a meaningful share of attractive pricing to consider.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Audi S3?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the car’s condition matches the listing photos and description. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if the car has been modified, driven hard, or has incomplete service records.

Focus on wear items, signs of cosmetic damage, and whether the car feels consistent on a test drive. Even with strong clean-inventory rates, the best purchase is the one that checks out mechanically and cosmetically.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Audi S3?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you have room to shop carefully without feeling rushed.

• Deal availability: 39.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 144 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.66% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 94.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $35,906, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Audi S3's resale value?

The current average of $35,906 sits slightly below last year's $38,882.

That softer pricing can help you buy more confidently now, but it also means future resale may depend heavily on how well you maintain the car. If you keep mileage reasonable, preserve service records, and avoid cosmetic damage, you should be in a better position when it is time to sell.

For a future seller, the current market suggests buyers are still price-sensitive, so condition and documentation will matter. A clean, well-kept example is more likely to stand out than one that simply has average mileage.

Should I buy a 2023 Audi S3 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 39.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.66% compared with last year.

Consider the 2022 if:

• The 2022 offers a balanced mix of performance, comfort, luxury, and technology.

The bottom line: The 2023 is the better primary pick if you want a well-priced, current-year option with a healthy share of attractive listings and strong clean-inventory rates. If you are especially price-sensitive, the 2022 is worth a look because it delivers a similar overall formula and may open up additional savings depending on the specific car you find.
