Used 2023 Audi A6 for Sale near New York

How much does the 2023 Audi A6 cost?

Prices have softened 7.85% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 554 listings available, which suggests you have a workable amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2023 Audi A6 a good car?

The 2023 Audi A6 sits in the fifth generation, which brought a longer, wider body, a new aluminum-and-steel chassis related to the larger A8’s, and a big step forward in technology. It also comes with standard quattro all-wheel drive, digital interfaces, standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual screens, lots of connectivity, and semi-autonomous capability.

For you, that means the A6 is a premium midsize sedan that feels thoroughly up to date without relying on flashy styling. Its strengths are its upscale equipment, standard all-wheel drive, and broad technology content, while its drawbacks include disappointing fuel economy and a poorly executed infotainment system. 39.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you a decent amount of market flexibility.

Is the 2023 Audi A6 reliable?

The 2023 Audi A6 benefits from the fifth generation’s later updates, including standard Matrix-LED headlights across the lineup, a new grille, new wheel designs, and available features such as noise-reducing dual-pane front side windows and remote start via the Audi Connect app. It also carries the model’s established appeal as a polished, well-equipped luxury sedan with standard all-wheel drive and broad technology content.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that a sophisticated luxury car can be more expensive to keep in top shape if you skip maintenance or buy a neglected example.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Audi A6?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then inspect the car closely for signs of prior damage, uneven wear, or deferred maintenance. Focus on overall condition, because a well-kept example is more likely to deliver the refined ownership experience you want from this model.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Audi A6?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay disciplined.

• Deal availability: 39.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 554 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.85% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 89.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $32,054, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Audi A6's resale value?

The current average of $32,054 sits slightly below last year's $34,785.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled enough to help you buy more selectively today. If you plan to sell later, the current trend means you should expect resale value to depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the car has been maintained. A clean, well-documented example should hold up better than one with visible wear or a spotty service history.

Should I buy a 2023 Audi A6 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 39.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.85% compared with last year.

The bottom line:

The 2023 is the right pick if you want the newer fifth-generation A6 with its updated equipment and strong market availability. If you’re more price-sensitive, a nearby model year may be worth comparing, but the 2023 gives you a good balance of value, inventory, and condition mix.
