Used 2022 Toyota Supra for Sale nearMilwaukee, WI

How much does the 2022 Toyota Supra cost?

Prices have held steady compared to this time last year, signaling a stable and predictable market for this model year.

With 182 listings available, you have a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2022 Toyota Supra a good car?

Yes — the 2022 Toyota Supra earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.67/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel and Performance.

Owners consistently praise its power, fun driving experience, sporty feel, and stylish interior. The trade-offs are clear: the manual transmission is not available, all-wheel drive is not available, and the touchscreen is small. That makes it a strong fit if you want a distinctive, driver-focused sports coupe rather than maximum practicality.

With 29.7% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2022 Toyota Supra reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owner feedback points to a car that feels dependable in daily use, with repeated praise for its fun, trouble-free driving character and strong long-term appeal. The performance notes also reinforce that sense of confidence: the car is built around a balanced chassis, premium tires, and a smooth eight-speed automatic that works well in everyday driving.

Toyota also includes a first scheduled maintenance visit on the house, which helps reduce early ownership costs. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that the powertrain leans on BMW engineering, so maintenance and repair costs may be higher than you’d expect from a typical Toyota.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Toyota Supra?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 78.6% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still run a history report on every candidate, even if the listing looks clean. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that checks the drivetrain, brakes, tires, and electronics, since this is a performance coupe with a premium setup. Focus on overall condition and maintenance records, especially if the car has been driven hard or modified.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base 2.0 is the most affordable entry point, but it misses some of the richer equipment found higher up the range. The 3.0 Premium adds the most desirable comfort and convenience upgrades, including the head-up display, and it is the best-value choice if you want the strongest mix of equipment and driving enjoyment.
• Powertrain: You get a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder with 255 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque, or a turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six with 382 hp and 368 lb-ft of torque. Both use rear-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic, and the six-cylinder models are the quicker, more serious performance choice.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes front, side, knee, and curtain airbags, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane departure warning with steering assist, and automatic high beams. Adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and parking sensors with emergency braking are bundled into the Driver Assist Package on higher trims, while other models need the larger package to get those features.
• Infotainment: The base setup uses an 8.8-inch display with AM/FM, digital audio, satellite radio, USB, and Bluetooth. Wireless Apple CarPlay appears on the upgraded system, along with navigation and voice recognition, and the 3.0 Premium adds a 12-speaker JBL audio system and a full-color head-up display.
• Fuel efficiency: The 2.0 is rated at 25 mpg city/32 mpg highway/28 mpg combined, while six-cylinder models return 22 mpg city/30 mpg highway/25 mpg combined. Both engines require premium fuel.

Which 2022 Toyota Supra trim should I buy?

The 2022 Toyota Supra is offered in 4 trim levels: 2.0, 3.0, 3.0 Premium, and A91-CF Edition.

Here's the short version:

• 2.0: This is the entry point if you want the Supra experience at the lowest price. It keeps the core rear-wheel-drive, turbocharged formula and is the most efficient choice, but it is also the least equipped. Buy this one if your priority is getting into the lineup for less.
• 3.0: This is the step-up trim if you want the stronger six-cylinder engine without jumping all the way to the premium model. It delivers the biggest performance gain over the 2.0 and is the right pick if driving excitement matters more than extra comfort features.
• 3.0 Premium: This is the best-value trim. It adds the most desirable equipment, including the head-up display, and it is the trim that best balances performance, comfort, and daily usability. If you want the Supra most buyers should target, this is it.
• A91-CF Edition: This is the limited-production halo trim with carbon-fiber special-edition appeal. It sits at the top of the range and makes sense if you want exclusivity and collectability more than value.

The Driver Assist Package is standard on the 3.0 Premium and A91-CF Edition, while other trims need the larger package to get those safety features.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Toyota Supra?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop with some patience and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 29.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 182 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 78.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $49,242, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Toyota Supra's resale value?

The current average of $50,701 sits slightly above last year's $50,631.

That small increase suggests the Supra has held its value well rather than swinging sharply in either direction. For a future seller, that kind of stability is helpful because it points to steady buyer interest and less risk of a sudden drop in market value.

The car’s limited production and enthusiast appeal also support demand, especially for well-kept examples with desirable equipment. If you maintain the car carefully and keep mileage reasonable, you should be in a better position when it is time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2022 Toyota Supra safe?

The 2022 Toyota Supra hasn’t been published with crash-test ratings from either IIHS or NHTSA.

It earns a 6/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard safety equipment includes front, side, knee, and curtain airbags, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane departure warning with steering assist, and automatic high beams. The Driver Assist Package adds adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and parking sensors with emergency braking, but those features are not standard on every trim.

The main caveat is that this is a low-slung coupe in a world full of larger vehicles, so you should be especially mindful of where and how you drive it.

Should I buy a 2022 Toyota Supra or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 29.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 78.6% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2022 keeps the turbocharged two-engine lineup and strong handling focus.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $47,612, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $50,701 average.
• It offers two new engines and a distinctive, attention-grabbing sports-car character.

Consider the 2023 if:

• It finally adds a manual transmission for more driver involvement.

The bottom line: If you want the best balance of price stability, owner satisfaction, and performance, the 2022 is the smart default. If your priority is saving money, the 2021 is the better value play. If you want the most engaging driving experience, the 2023 is the one to cross-shop.
