Used 2022 Porsche Taycan for Sale nearTampa, FL

How much does the 2022 Porsche Taycan cost?

There are 477 listings available, which gives you a meaningful amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2022 Porsche Taycan a good car?

Yes — 5/5 is a strong user rating for the 2022 Porsche Taycan. The overview points to a performance-first EV with Porsche’s familiar driving feel, an 800-volt electrical system, and a two-speed transmission, so you’re looking at an electric car built around responsiveness rather than novelty. It also adds practical appeal with available body styles and a strong standard equipment list, including heated front seats, navigation, adaptive air suspension, and Apple CarPlay. The market still shows 32.3% good or great deals, which suggests there are worthwhile listings if you shop carefully.

Is the 2022 Porsche Taycan reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview also points to a car that benefits from careful equipment and recall checks, especially because the Taycan has known concerns tied to the high-voltage battery, the 12-volt battery sensor, brake boosters on earlier models, and charging or software-related issues. For used buyers, that means the biggest long-term ownership risk is not the concept of the car itself, but whether a specific example has been maintained, updated, and repaired properly.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Porsche Taycan?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and verify that the car’s service and recall work are complete. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on battery health, charging behavior, software updates, and any warning lights or electrical quirks. Condition matters most on a Taycan because the model’s appeal depends on its performance systems working as intended.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Porsche Taycan?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find strong listings.

If you find a listing below $64,551, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Porsche Taycan's resale value?

The current average of $70,297 sits slightly above last year's $69,323.

That modest increase suggests the Taycan has held value reasonably well in the near term. For a future seller, that kind of pricing stability can help support a healthier resale position if the car is kept in strong condition and documented properly. The market also appears willing to pay for well-kept examples, especially when the car’s performance-focused identity and premium equipment are intact.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Porsche Taycan or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 32.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices are up 1.41% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $77,674, the 2023 costs more than the current year's $70,297 average.
• It adds more versatility and a stronger sense of affordability than you might expect.

The bottom line: If you want the better value play, the 2022 is the smarter starting point because it combines a lower average price with solid deal availability and strong satisfaction. If you’re willing to spend more for a newer model year and want the added versatility, the 2023 is the secondary path to consider.
