Used 2022 Mercedes-Benz CLA for Sale nearCharlotte, NC

How much does the 2022 Mercedes-Benz CLA cost?

Prices have softened 6.46% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 593 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2022 Mercedes-Benz CLA a good car?

Yes — the 2022 Mercedes-Benz CLA earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. It stands out as a compact luxury sedan that leans hard into style and technology, with a premium-feeling cabin and a modern, screen-heavy layout. If you want a small Mercedes that emphasizes design, brand cachet, and everyday usability, this model year fits that use case well. The market also shows 40.6% of listings as good or great deals, which adds to its appeal for shoppers.

Is the 2022 Mercedes-Benz CLA reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2022 Mercedes-Benz CLA is presented as a compact luxury sedan with a turbocharged engine, a seven-speed automatic transmission, and front-wheel drive, with available all-wheel drive on some versions. Its appeal comes from a premium feel and a tech-forward cabin rather than from being a large, simple commuter car. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that a compact luxury package can be less forgiving if you expect generous space or a softer ride.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Mercedes-Benz CLA?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 83.3% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then focus on a pre-purchase inspection so you can confirm the car’s condition matches the listing. Pay close attention to signs of prior damage, interior wear, and whether the tech-heavy cabin functions properly. Because this is a compact luxury sedan, make sure the condition of the seats, screens, and controls lines up with the seller’s description.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Mercedes-Benz CLA?

Yes — this looks like a buyer-friendly moment if you want to shop carefully and compare listings.

• Deal availability: 40.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 593 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.46% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 83.3% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $28,744, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Mercedes-Benz CLA's resale value?

The current average of $28,744 sits slightly below last year's $30,730.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled a bit, which can help you buy more selectively today. For a future seller, a softer entry price can mean less immediate upside, but it also may support steadier demand if you buy well and keep the car in strong condition. The model’s premium image and tech-forward appeal should help it remain attractive to shoppers who want a compact luxury sedan.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Mercedes-Benz CLA or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 40.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 83.3% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.46% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $24,211, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $28,744 average.
• It offers a sharper value focus with a more affordable entry point.

The bottom line: If you want the stronger current-market balance of price, deal availability, and clean inventory, the 2022 is the better primary choice. If your top priority is spending less up front, the 2021 is the better secondary path and may be the smarter pick for price-sensitive buyers.
